The moment two daredevils climbed up a crane to see the sunrise from an east London building site was captured by a drone.
They climbed the crane at 558 feet without safety harnesses.
It is thought that the incident occurred in November on a Stratford site.

Two daredevils climbed the tower crane of a crane construction site near the Olympic Stadium, Stratford.

To see the sunrise across east city, the pair scaled the huge crane together in November’s early hours.

Two people were captured filming the pair on drones that flew above cranes by someone else.
You can see one of them standing right at the edge of the crane while scrolling on his smartphone, the other looking forward to the amazing pink and yellow skyline.
They then perch themselves on the edge of the crane – beyond the red anti-collision light – to sit and film the sun rising over the capital.
This construction site seems to be located close to the Olympic Stadium, Stratford, as well as just outside the airspace restricted area surrounding London City Airport.
Unidentified climber stated that the experience was worth every penny. With all of the colours, it was my favorite sunrise.
The drone displays a mixture of pink and yellow sky, before zooming toward the men. They then wave to the camera.

They were able, as the dare devils, to see Canary Wharf in centre left and London’s City of London beyond

They climbed over the crane’s anti-collision red light and reached the boom’s end.

According to one climber, climbing up the crane and getting into the construction site was easy.

They used the boom of the crane as a ladder to climb up the scaffolding.
The pair remained on the crane – believed to be the highest point in Stratford – for half an hour before climbing down.
An anonymous climber said that getting in wasn’t a problem.
“It was very peaceful and tranquil, with beautiful views and amazing colours.
“The descent was also easy and we were able to get out without any problems.”
Drone operators are required to maintain their aircraft at 400ft, unless granted permission by air traffic controllers.
You can’t fly in areas that are not built according to the drone weight and pilot licenses.
Private property is not permitted to be flown by pilots without permission.
This video was shot in November 2013 and uploaded to Instagram by many Instagram users who were amazed at the sight.
One user was impressed and said: “So sick.
Another Instagram user commented: “Wowwww. Madness.’
One third joked with the couple: ‘You guys don’t really like ground huh?’
Some were almost speechless and left with only one word of commentary.
One user wrote “Epic” and another one added, “Beautiful”.

They ran along the thin roof of the Stratford One east London building.

Also in November, the same pair of adrenaline junkies ran up a 274ft skyscraper overlooking West Ham stadium.
Chilling drone footage shows the pair racing each another up the Stratford One building’s slanted roof in east London without the use of ropes or safety equipment.
The pair, who wished to remain anonymous, run along the inclining roof before reaching the top of the skyscraper and looking down to the road below.
After admiring the unique architecture of the Stratford One building while scouting the area, the duo decided to build the project, which was a risky undertaking, in just two days.
The clip was filmed November 15th. It shows the couple running along an inclining section of the roof, before they jump over a bar and turn around to get to the end.
As the pair dash to the top of the building – which was shortlisted as one of the UK’s ugliest buildings in 2014 – dramatic views of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park can be seen in the background.
After that, the pair place their feet along the perimeter of the building to gaze out toward the city’s skyline.
One climber said that although the slope was steep, once they reached the last stretch of it, the view was clear and nothing was too dark.

These two urban explorers had a look around the neighborhood last month in search of a new challenge and came across the Stratford One Building.
