Alec Baldwin is being sued by the sisters and the girlfriend of the Marine who died in the disasterous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Baldwin (63) is being investigated for shooting and killing Halyna Hutchins, cinematographer, on October’s set of Rust.
Rylee MacCollum (age 20) was one of 13 killed military personnel in Kabul during the attack on Hamid Karzai International Airport.
McCollum’s sister, Roice, has previously spoken out against President Joe Biden for saying he showed ‘total disregard to the loss of our Marine — our brother, son, husband, and father’ when he spoke to McCollum’s widow in Dover, Delaware, during an event with families of the fallen service members.
Baldwin reached out via Instagram to Roice and sent her $5,000 in an email for McCollum’s widow Jiennah Crayton and their newborn child.


Rylee McCollum (20), of Jackson, Wyo Eleven Marines was killed in the attack on Thursday, Aug. 26. 18 others were also wounded. The bombing was blamed for Afghanistan’s Islamic State offshoot.

Baldwin explained to McCollum that it was a “tribute for a fallen soldier.”
McCollum uploaded an Instagram photo earlier this month showing McCollum at the Washington Monument on the Day of the Capitol Riot.
McCollum stated that she did not participate in the riots, and was never charged with any crimes.
However, that didn’t stop 30 Rock actor Kevin Hart from making a comment.
“Are You the Same Woman I Sent the $ For Your Sister’s Husband Who Was Killed During the Afghanistan Exit?” According to Monday’s federal court complaint, Baldwin posted on Roice’s Instagram account from his personal account.

McCollum’s mom Jiennah Crayton wrote a post in tribute to him.
McCollum is said to then have been reached by him in an e-mail.
The alleged ’30 Rock star wrote: “When I sent the $ in respect of your deceased brother’s service, I didn’t realize you were a Jan 6th rioter.”
McCollum countered, insisting that peaceful demonstration is legal. She also claimed that McCollum had been interview by the FBI.
Your activities led to the destruction and death of property belonging to the government, as well a threat to the certification of presidential elections. I have reposted your photograph. Baldwin replied, “Good Luck!”
Roice stated that she received hateful and hostile messages soon after Baldwin shared her image to his Instagram.

‘Get raped and die, worthless c— (kiss emoji). According to the lawsuit, one commenter said that his brother received what he deserved.
According to the suit, Baldwin had been told by some users that he should receive a refund for the moeny donated. However, he didn’t do anything that would stop his 2.4million followers from poking at Roice, Cheyenne and Crayton.
The lawsuit claimed that Baldwin’s actions were negligent and reckless because he knew that making these allegations against Plaintiffs to millions of his followers would do Plaintiffs damage.
‘I think it’s worth noting, too, that his social media following … is five times the population of your state,’ the family’s attorney, Dennis Postiglione, added.
Baldwin representatives have yet to comment on this matter.
