It was revealed that almost 900 studios are currently on sale for more than the average home price in Britain.
Although the sizes of flats can vary, they all have one thing in common: They have one room where living, dining, and sleeping areas are combined.
Zoopla identified that 900 of the most expensive studios are located in London. London has higher house prices than other parts of the country.

We picked a couple of examples in the capital, including one in the Battersea Power station development with an asking price of more than £1million.
The average price of a home in Britain stands at £325,037, which is around half of the £649,941 value for London, according to Zoopla.
The property website revealed there are 878 studios for sale that cost more than the £325,000 national average house price.
One of few expensive ones outside of London include a studio in Cambridge, and it is up for grabs for £395,000.
According to Zoopla’s Daniel Copley: “Living inside a studio has many perks, including a cozy and cute interior and reduced electricity bills. They can also make it easier to maintain, clean and furnish.
Make the best use of the space you have by maximising natural light and storage. Mirrors and accessories can make your space appear larger.
