Andre Leon Talley, fashion icon and designer of the modern fashion has died at the age 73.
According to TMZ the ex-Vogue creative director died Tuesday in White Plains Hospital, NY.
At this time, Talley is not known about his cause of death.
His legacy includes being the American editor at large of Vogue from the 1980s to the 1990s.

Talley began his career in fashion at the age of 28 after snagging a job as a reporter at Women’s Wear Daily.
Following a time in Rhode Island during which he studied at Brown University, he moved to New York City.
Talley obtained a master’s degree from French Studies, but his initial plans were to become a French teacher. These plans were later foiled by Talley’s involvement in NYC’s arts scene. Talley mingled and mingled alongside Karl Lagerfeld and Andy Warhol.
