“The Aussie Rapunzel” (pictured) advises that you lather shampoo with your hands, before spreading it all over the scalp. After this, ‘ring out any excess water’ before using conditioner.

She massaged the product into her roots for a couple of seconds, then ran her hair with it.
In one video, she stated that if your hair has excessive oiliness, then you may be shampooing improperly.
Instead of applying it directly to her roots, she massaged the product between her fingers for a few seconds and then ran her hair through it.
This supposedly ‘breaks up all dirt and oils’ so that hair feels fresher longer.
She said, “A lot of people don’t do it but it’s so simple that you can make a big difference.”
Many people have discovered that this is more effective than using oil on their hair.
A separate video was shared by her that shares a less-known tip about hair conditioning.
You should always “ring out” the water at the ends of the products you use in the shower.
According to the Aussie Rapunzel, this allows conditioners to penetrate the hair strands leaving the hair soft and silky.
In the video, she stated that her conditioner was on at all times for three minutes.

FEMAIL was previously informed by Rapunzel that her hair takes about 30 minutes. She prefers to dry her hair naturally, which can often take three to four hours.
The Aussie Rapunzel previously told FEMAIL it takes 30 minutes to wash her hair and prefers to dry it naturally which often takes between three to four hours.
She admits her haircare is ‘high maintenance’ as she has to be ‘gentle and patience’ when brushing it and also implements heatless hair styling tactics found on social media.
She said that her hair was very thick and difficult to style. However, she has been enjoying trying different styles such as a ponytail with a tight back or using a robe to curl her hair.
To create curls, wrap damp hair around a robe tie.
“The results are incredible and it’s the only way to get curls that stay on all days.”
