Surprising footage of a police officer’s bodycam shows how a stepmother brutally attacked a boy aged six years old and caused injuries to herself. The incident was captured by the camera, which led to her being found guilty today.
Emma Tustin (32) killed Arthur LabinjoHughes with a series of headbutts on a hard surface. She and Thomas Hughes (29), had starved Arthur LabinjoHughes and poisoned his body with salt.
Tustin was today convicted for the murder of Arthur, but his father was cleared of murder. His father, however, was found guilty by manslaughter, although he was not convicted. He also sent a text to Tustin just 18 hours prior to the attack, telling him to ‘just end him.’
A new video from the police shows the stepmother who is self-pitying, crying as the footage shows her claiming that six-year old boy beat her and inflicted injuries to herself.

Emma Tustin weeps as she claims six-year old Arthur LabinjoHughes hit her, inflicting the injuries himself. Newly released footage from police bodycams shows Emma Tustin.
In the sickening footage, captured on June 16 last year, Tustin claims that Arthur threw himself on the floor and hit her after he was told to hit on the ‘thinking step’.
Elle continued, “Basically, he had gone out to buy me a cake and a birthday card.” Arthur was instructed to lie on the thinking step, and Arthur fell all over the place.
“He has banged his head on the radiator and he’s hit my face. He’s also kicked me while I try to help him get back to thinking.
“He then went on all fours on to the floor, I told him get up, and I shut the door. He was banging his head on the floor, and all I could hear was a crackle.
“Arthur, you’re going hurt yourself. I called your father” and he replied “I don’t care.”
“He was okay at that moment, but then he fell back as I attempted to hold him close and grab him, and he head-butted three more times the floor.
She led the officer to Arthur’s door, and pointed out the spot in her doorway that Arthur had apparently hit his head.
She said, “It’s concrete. It doesn’t have any underlay.” But after banging his head on the table three-to four times, he was knocked unconscious. I carried him to the sofa and lifted his head.
