Ezra Blount is the family member of the Astroworld’s youngest victim. She’s nine years old and has been blaming Kanye west for making an ‘idiotic request’ that Billie Eilish make an apology for her vague criticism of Travis Scott.

Beron Blount, Ezra’s grandfather, spoke out in an interview with Rolling Stone following Ye’s Instagram threat to pull out of his Coachella performance if Eilish didn’t say she was sorry.

Reddit has Travis Scott being accused of having “no remorse” over Kanye’s fatal accident.

“To hear Kanye’s words is hurtful to me.” Bernon stated to the outlet that it was an idiotic statement.

Bernon and his wife Tericia are the grandparents of the youngest victim of the Astroworld crowd stampede that killed 10 people. Ezra (nine years old), fell on his dad’s shoulders as a result of the surge. He landed in a state of shock and died later at the hospital.

On Thursday, Kanye took to Instagram to demand that Billie Eilish apologize for her recent comments regarding Travis Scott and the Astroworld tragedy.

He made the statement after Eilish (age 20) had stopped her show to administer an inhaler for a fan suffering from asthma. Many thought it was a dig on Scott.

Eilish noticed the distraught fan and stopped performing. Eilish directed medical personnel to provide assistance to the fan. Afterwards, Eilish asked all attendees to take a step back so that the concerned person can regain their composure.

“I wait for people not to be okay until I continue to go,” Ocean Eyes’ singer stated, referring to Scott’s fatal Astroworld Festival, while also shaming Scott’s behavior on stage.

The comment of the singer caused cheers from the audience and she continued her show.

Ezra’s grandmother, Tericia Blount told Rolling Stone: ‘I think it’s just crazy, and I hate to use that word, but I think it’s ridiculous. It’s a way for her to make sure she’s taking care of the concertgoers, which I think is crazy from Kanye.

She cares: Eilish, 20, recently stopped her show to give an inhaler to a fan who couldn't breathe, and made a comment that many took to be a dig at Scott

Eilish shows that she cares. Eilish (age 20) recently interrupted her television show to provide an inhaler to someone who could not breathe. Many took this comment to mean Scott was making fun of Scott.

Kanye responded to Billie’s comment that he never mentioned Travis or Astroworld. He wrote on Instagram, “Come on Billie! We love you. Please apologize to Trav, and the families of those who have lost their lives.”

“Trav did not know what was going to happen when he was onstage and was extremely hurt,” he said.

He said, “And yes Trav Will Be With Me at Coachella. But now, I need Billie apologize before I Perform,” though it’s not clear if Scott will perform on stage.

Following the tragedy at Astroworld in Houston, Scott’s replacement was Eilish for the Coachella bill.

The singer responded by saying that he had ‘literally never spoken a word about Travis. I was only helping a fan.

Ultimatum: In response to Billie, Kanye threatened to pull out of his Coachella performance - where he is billed alongside Eilish - unless the young star apologizes

Travis Scott is the father to Kylie Jenner and Kylie’s children, the cousins of Kanye. He clicked like Kanye on Kanye’s first post.

Reddit went viral and criticized Scott for seemingly not feeling any remorse over the tragedy.

“Omfg Travis’s audacity. Dying to save face… No remorse. One person said that he liked the idea because it showed his disingenuousness.

Other people pointed out that the actions of liking the posts displayed a lack of empathy.

Notable is Travis’ offer to cover the funeral for Ezra Blount in November.

Horrifying: 10 people died as the result of a crowd stampede at Astroworld in November while Travis played on stage, including nine-year-old Ezra - Scott later offered to pay Blounts funeral expenses

Ten people perished in the November crowd stampede at Astroworld while Travis was onstage. Travis also died. Scott then offered to pay Blounts’ funeral expenses.

Scott was 30 years old when the incident occurred during Astroworld Festival’s first night, held November 5, last year.

Just after his performance, the performer saw a surge in fans and began to push people towards the stage.

Ten people died after Scott’s show.

About halfway through the concert, it was notable that it had been designated as a mass causality event.

Drake joined the mix to complete his set which concluded at 10:10 PM.

Scott later came under fire for his alleged disregard of the happenings around him. He was also accused of failing to notice concertgoers suffering from medical conditions during his set.

For his part in tragic festival events, several lawsuits were brought against him.
