Reality TV star Blac Chyna said she can’t remember how much she is suing the Kardashians for and added that she ‘could be doing better’ financially after she was forced to sell her Bentley and Lamborghini.
On the fourth day of her $108 million Los Angeles defamation trial against the billionaire Kardashian family, Chyna admitted that she has earned more than $1 million for each Fashion Nova, Kendra’s Boutique and OnlyFans post, some of them nude.
Chyna stated that she could do better after Michael Rhodes, the Kardashians’ lawyer, put her on the spot. He pointed out the $40,000 Hermes purse she wore to court.
The Kardashians were sued by Chyna in 2017 for $108,000,000 from lost television, personal appearances, and social media “influencing” – $44 Million in lost revenue in the past and $64 millions in the future.
Rhodes, however, asked her to testify on her behalf how much she wanted. She did not respond with the amount she had filed more than four decades ago.
‘I don’t know off the top of my head – I would have to look it up,’ she said. Chyna stated that she wants the jury decide what amount she should receive in damages.
Jurors were told by her that her Lamborghini was sold and her Bentley had to be sold. This happened weeks after she tweeted that the hard decision had to be made because she couldn’t support herself and her’morals’.
‘I’m MAMA… single, no support [no]She tweeted “child support” on March 30.
Rob Kardashian, rapper Tyga, and their daughter Dream (five years old) and son King Cairo (9 years old), respectively share a child with Chyna.
Rob stated that he pays 37K per annum for the school of his daughter. I pay for every medical expense. Her extracurricular activities and medical expenses are covered by me. From Tuesday to Saturday, I am with my daughter. Why should I support my child lol?
Chyna, who was also in tears on Thursday, told the court that she had sought a restraining orders against Rob because he uploaded naked photos of her to the internet.
“He had to stop,” she said. She said that Rob had posted naked pictures of her on the Internet.
During cross-examination, Chyna also admitted she hasn’t filed her taxes since 2018 or 2019 and does not have a bank account, TMZ reported. Rhodes asked her about the date she last filed taxes.

Blac Chyna( pictured on Thursday) cried in court on Thursday as she said she sought a restraining order against her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian after he posted illicit photos of her

Blac Chyna smiled and giggled as she drove out of court. After being asked by her lawyer about leaked nude pictures that Rob Kardashian had posted to his Instagram, Blac Chyna was unable to help but cry.

Jurors were told by Chyna that her Lamborghini was sold and her Bentley had to be sold. This happened weeks after she tweeted that the hard decision had to be made because she didn’t have any support and her’morals and beliefs’.

Chyna sued the Kardashians for $108 Million, alleging they deliberately removed her (left) reality show with Rob Kardashian. Although she did admit to having told Rob about their breakup in February 2017, it was months after their supposed split.

Michael Rhodes put her on the spot and pointed out her ‘$40,000 Hermes bag’ to Chyna. Chyna replied that she could do better.

Rob and Tyga (who share Dream, 5, with Chyna) continued to refute her claims
Today, when she was cross-examined by the Kardashians attorney, it became clear that Chyna, 33 years old and author of her July 2017 restraining orders application (and her subsequent press conference broadcast on national television) were done to “seek publicity.”
Chyna (real name Angela White) replied tearfully, “So Rob posted these photos and didn’t do anything, just take it.”
Rhodes also suggested that it was Chyna herself that damaged her own reputation, not the Kardashians, due to reports of her alleged misconduct throughout the years causing her to have the reputation of ‘someone who gets into fights and altercations.’
Rhodes said that Chyna had been reported to have used a stroller against someone at Six Flags, 2018 and threw bricks at people, neglected her child, attacked Kid Buu on vacation in Hawaii 2019, threatened Kid’s hairdresser with a knife in the same year, then held an inmate hostage at a Sacramento Hotel.
He also cited a 2015 incident where Chyna was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, in Texas.
Chyna did not acknowledge that any of the media reports were true, but when asked by Rhodes if such public reports ‘could negatively affect the value of your brand,’ she replied, ‘Yes.’
Chyna also did not deny that she called Rob ‘fat b**ch’ and told him ‘It’s over….F*** you’ and ‘you’re disgusting,’ in texts to him in February 2017.
Chyna defended her statements against Rob, saying ‘When he called me a slut and a whore. Yes. He called me fat.
Chyna said that Rob and she had a contract with E! The network and not the Kardashians, Chyna also admitted that Rob’s contract was with E!
Rhodes pointed out that her contract was an option and not a condition for Rob and Chyna’s second season. She replied, “It wasn’t necessary, but they picked it up for the second season.”
Chyna claims that the Kardashians’ interference was what ultimately led to the cancellation of the show.
Rhodes claimed that E! had been required to sign the contract. Rhodes stated that the contract required E! to give her notice in writing if she was going to be on a second season. She said she hadn’t received one, but she was still filming Rob & Chyna.
Chyna stated that she wasn’t aware that E! had negotiated the $100,000 payment she was due. It was actually the Rob and Chyna Season One Kill Fee.
She did admit that she received an additional lump sum of $370,000, the equivalent to $92,500 per episode for the four-episode series. This was in addition of what she had been paid by Rob and Chyna for the season she believed she was filming for the second season.
She told jurors that she got the money, did the work, and was still filming.
Rhodes also questioned why Chyna was suing the Kardashians for ‘millions and millions of dollars’ when Kris Jenner – one of the defendants – had ‘done a nice thing’, just two weeks ago, by agreeing to appear in an Amazon commercial with Chyna’s daughter Dream that would pay the child $50,000.
‘One has nothing to do with the other,’ retorted Chyna. Rhodes told the court that the Kardashians’ legal team was finding it hard to check out Chyna’s loss of income claims because they only had her tax returns for 2014 to 2018.
Chyna admitted that she had not yet filed returns for 2019-21 but, she added, ‘I produced every document that you guys asked for.’

Chyna claims the Kardashians are plotting to cancel Rob’s reality TV show.
Rhodes asserts Rob and Chyna’s split caused the Rob & Chyna television series to be cancelled. He pressed Chyna about when Rob and Chyna had separated, and Chyna replied in her restraining or legal documents that they “broke up December 2016”.
She told jurors on Thursday that she regretted using the word ‘broke-up’. She actually said that her relationship continued until May 2017 and she was not sorry.
After an argument that broke out on December 14, 2016, she confessed to having moved out of the home she lived in with Rob. “But, our relationship did not end there – we were still in love.”
Kris Jenner, the Matriarch, and Khloe and Kim Kardashian were all present in court on the third day.
Kylie Jenner was also a defendant and said he wasn’t feeling well this morning. He anticipates that she will be back tomorrow or this afternoon.

On Thursday, the Kardashian Family appeared in court as Kris Jenner, Matriarch, and Kylie, her daughters were named in the trial.

Chyna claimed that she had not broken up with Rob in 2016, but was able to stay with him through May 2017.
Kim wore a dark, pinstriped pant suit today. Khloe sported a baggy black pant suit and Kris was in a light blue pant suit.
Chyna – who showed up today in a burnt orange one-piece pant suit and black high heels – is seeking $108 million in damages, charging the Kardashians with defamation and ‘intentional interference with contract’ that led to Rob and Chyna being cancelled.
During yesterday’s testimony, Chyna claimed she was joking when she put a gun to Rob’s head in 2016, and claimed she found out her E! TV show had been cancelled six months after the fact because cameras were still following her.
The reality TV star said she and her then-fiancé were ‘laughing and joking and being silly’ on the night of December 14, 2016, as they celebrated season two of Rob and Chyna being greenlit by E!’ parent company, NBC Universal.
When she was cross-examined by the Kardashians lawyer, Michael Rhodes, Chyna denied yelling ‘I’m going to kill you’ to Rob. She told the court that she pointed the gun upwards and didn’t put her finger where the trigger was.
She also dismissed the incident that night where she’s been accused of trying to strangle Rob with a phone chord as a ‘joke’.
Chyna said she put the chord around his neck, ‘but he was playing video games and I was just trying to get his attention.’
Chyna admitted that the next morning she smashed a TV and a gingerbread house and damaged the bedroom door because she was furious at Rob for taking her phone in a fit of jealousy and locking himself in a closet to check her messages.
‘I could not take the abuse any more of him accusing me of doing all kinds of things,’ she said. ‘I was so angry because he wouldn’t give me my phone back.’
Chyna said even though she left their home with their daughter, Dream, that morning, by New Year’s Eve she and Rob were starting to repair their relationship.
She claimed they went out for dinner and hiked together in Malibu and told the court Rob went with her to New York in January 2017, for her personal appearance at a strip club, where cameras followed her.
Chyna said she was also filmed by hand-held cameras at anotherLas Vegas appearance made Chyna believe they were working on Rob and Chyna’s second season.
After being filmed in a hospital to undergo plastic surgery, she believed it was for an episode.
According to her, it was not until July/August 2017 that Rob and Chyna actually were cancelled.
“My initial reaction was: What happened? I was shocked and dissatisfied.
Chyna said she began her friendship with Kim Kardashian after she posted a photo of herself posing with a cardboard cutout of Kim – and Kim re-posted it, she told a Los Angeles jury Wednesday.
She said that her phone was exploding when she received a message from friends confirming that Kim had reposted my image on Instagram.
A random connection online led to a close relationship’ with Kim. Kim went to parties with Kardashians homes and appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kim was even invited to Kanye West’s May 2014 marriage.

Chyna (left), began dating Rob Kardashian on January 2016 and they started their spin-off series where she received $92,500 per episode.
But her friendship with Kim hit a bump when Chyna’s ex fiancé, rapper Tyga, started dating Kylie Jenner, she told the court.
‘Kim reached out to me and said she could not be friends with me any more because Kylie was dating my ex fiancé, ‘ Chyna told the jury of eight men and eight women.
She said that Chyna had been dating Kim Kardashian’s brother Rob Kardashian since January 2016 and then she got pregnant with him. The relationship was soon restructured, and Rob and Chyna were launched as a spinoff. Chyna earned $92,500 per episode.
E! also included her children in her contract!
Dream, Rob’s daughter, received $5,850 per appearance. Tyga promised $11,000 to her son Tyga’s child, King Cairo.
