The brother of a teenager who was found dead in a park in Scotland is set to appear in court charged with her murder.
Amber Gibson’s body was discovered by Cadzow Glen in Hamilton on Sunday, at approximately 10.10am.
Her 19-year-old brother, Connor Gibson has been arrested for her murder. He is scheduled to appear in Hamilton Sheriff Court tomorrow.
Miss Gibson was last seen at Cadzow Street on Friday evening, around 9:55 p.m. before she was reported missing from Hillhouse home on Saturday.
The investigation into the murder was then launched.

Police Scotland released a statement revealing that a teenage boy had been indicted.
The spokesperson said that police Scotland could confirm that the 19-year old man, who was arrested on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 had been indicted.
“A report will sent to the Procurator Fiscal. On Friday, December 3rd 2021, he is scheduled to appear in Hamilton Sheriff Court.
Detectives appealed to anyone with any relevant information for the investigation.
According to Det. Raymond Brown of Police Scotland’s main investigation team, the death left her family ‘absolutely devastated.
Cadzow Glen Park remains closed off, with large police forces present in the vicinity.
At the park’s entrance, flowers were placed. Amber, Rest in Peace. Your memory will be cherished.
Moore House Academy, Bathgate, West Lothian was where the teenager studied.

The Chief Inspector Briony Dayse, the Local Area Commander stated that it was an isolated incident, and no risk is to the other members of society.
The school spokeswoman said that the children and staff were devastated by this news and they are now supporting each other in this trying time.
“Our sincere sympathies go out to Amber and all those who have known her.”
Police wanted to speak with anyone who might have information or witness about Miss Gibson’s murder.
Chief Inspector Briony daye, Commander of the Local Area, said: ‘We are appealing for people to come forward and share anything that they might have seen in these areas.
“This distressing and shocking news is a reminder that we all are human. We need to unite now in order to help with the investigation.
