Sources said Boris Johnson’s spouse have left University College Hospital in London and is back home with the child – the couple’s second together, and the Tory leader’s seventh in total.

The couple spokeswoman said that both mother and daughter were doing well. For all the care and support they provided, the couple wishes to thank their brilliant NHS maternity team.
They announced their new baby at the end July. The environmental activist, 33, spoke out about having miscarried earlier this year.
The birth of a sister for Wilfred came after the Prime Minister announced he would be plunging England into so-called ‘Plan B’ Covid restrictions – including vaccine passes, compulsory facemasks and orders to work from home – in a bid to combat the spread of the Omicron variant.

Johnson, in addition to being reprimanded by the Tory for his latest curbs on immigration reforms, was also criticized over several scandals that included alleged illegal Christmas parties held at Number 10 last December.
Downing Street claimed that Johnson wanted to be with his family for the coming days. However, it is likely that Johnson will not take paternity leaves for an extended time.

Labour leader Sir Keir Sterner sent congratulations to the couple upon the birth of their child and said: “Wishing you and your family well-being and happiness.”
