An employee who was unhappy with her boss complained and caused stress in Thailand, allegedly set fire to an oil warehouse she used as a Thai worker.
Ann Sriya (38), allegedly lit a piece paper on fire, then threw it onto a fuel container. This caused a massive fire that consumed the Prapakorn oil warehouse in Nakhon Pathom on Nov 29.
Police arrested her and she admitted to arson. She claimed that she was motivated by stress from her 65-year-old employer, Pipat Ungprapakorn.
CCTV footage shows Ms Sriya, who worked as head of the warehouse, walking into the warehouse clutching what appears to be a piece of paper before walking behind a row of containers.

Video footage captures Ms. Sriya as the head of the warehouse. She is seen walking in the warehouse with what appears to be paper, and stands behind rows of containers.
Due to the explosive material found in the tanks, the inferno quickly spread. Dramatic photos show flameballs and plumes of smoke rising from the warehouse.
According to police, Ms. Sriya was taken into custody and admitted to arson. She claimed she was motivated by stress that her 65-year-old employer, Pipat Ungprapakorn had placed on her.
Another clip appears to show flames flickering on top of a container in the single-storey warehouse, which stores thousands of gallons of oil tanks.
The inferno, which caused £900,000 worth of damages, spread quickly due to the flammable material in the tanks, and dramatic pictures show fireballs and dark plumes of smoke billowing out of the warehouse.
The fire was extinguished by more than 40 firefighters, and video captured the firefighters spraying water using high pressure hoses onto the darkened structure.
In addition to putting out the flames, firefighters also had to prevent the oil from leaking into the canal. In a neighborhood area.

On December 1, Ms. Sriya was arrested by police. She had been working for Prapakorn Oil since 9 years and allegedly admitted to arson.
Police say she said she was motivated by stress that her boss Pipat Ungprapakorn caused.
Major General Chomchawin Purthananon stated that this was the second instance of a factory setting blaze. Prapakorn Oil employs the woman since nine years.
“She claimed that her employer made complaints to her every day and was causing her stress. She didn’t expect her fire to do this much damage.”
Ann was held in custody as police interrogated the factory owner.
