Ajewole ran a Basildon drug operation that sold heroin crack cocaine and other drugs. However, prosecutors used Ajewole’s clips to prove his innocence in court.
Ajewole from Purfleet (Essex) was arrested and sentenced to eight years in prison after appearing at Basildon Crown Court January 21.
He had previously pled guilty at the same time to conspiring to supply heroin and crack cocaine to the court.

Essex Police DI Scott Fitzmaurice stated that “Ajewole glorified a lifestyle as a drug dealer through his music videos. He bragging about selling and making money and used young boys to buy drugs.
“But there’s nothing glamourous about drug deals and the things he describes is the exploitation and use of children and needless violence as well as the selfish pursuit of making money out of the suffering of others.
A five-month long investigation led to police raiding Ajewole’s recording studio, home, and address.

Last April, the drug dealer pleaded guilty in the same court to conspiring to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
He was found in the living area with digital scales, crack cocaine and crack cocaine, which were being sold – on the couch where he was sitting.
The drugs had a street value of about £5,600 and a tub of coins containing about £3,000.
Shane Butcher (age 20, from Basildon) was found guilty of conspiring to supply Class A drugs. He was sentenced for two-years in jail with a suspended term of two years.
Scott McCormack (24), was also taken into custody in connection to the investigation. He admitted conspiring to supply heroin and crack cocaine. He has yet to be sentenced.
