At first glance it is hard to believe it isn’t Princess Diana striding the red carpet in a stunning white dress.
Elizabeth Debicki seems to be enjoying playing the part of The Crown’s late princess on the upcoming series.
Filming photos of the Netflix drama’s Australian star show her elegantly dressed in a white strappy dress and a top with beads.
Although it isn’t known which event the image depicts, the attire is similar to one Diana wore in Modena (Italy) in September 1995 for a fundraiser concert for Bosnian kids.

The fifth series of The Crown, due to air in November, has Imelda Staunton, 66, as the Queen and focuses on the breakdown of Charles and Diana’s marriage.

Episodes from the upcoming series will feature Martin Bashir’s controversial Panorama interview with Diana, as well as the devastating fire at Windsor Castle in 1992.
The series may also deal with the separation of Prince Andrew from Sarah Ferguson and Princess Anne’s divorce from Mark Phillips, all of which also happened in 1992.
It may also feature the deaths of Princess Margaret and The Queen Mother’s death in 2002.
Lesley Manville will assume the title of Princess Margaret, which Helena Bonham Carter (55) had taken over.
Jonny Lee Miller (Trainspotting) will portray John Major, former prime minister. Jonathan Pryce will be playing Prince Philip.
Emma Laird Craig portrays Sarah, Duchess Of York; Marcia Warren plays the Queen Mother.
