Elon Musk attacked his critics, claiming that the sexual harassment accusations made against him Thursday were a despicable’ political attack in light of Twitter’s $44billion takeover.
The bombshell report, published by Insider, alleged that Musk’s SpaceX paid $250,000 in severance to one of the company’s corporate flight attendants after she filed a formal complaint against the tech mogul for exposing himself to her and propositioning her for sex.
This story is based upon declaration papers that were signed by a friend and flight attendant in response to the SpaceX complaint. A friend turned over other records and correspondence.
Musk tweeted on Thursday night, “The attacks against my should be seen through a politically-oriented lens. This (despicable) strategy is what they use – but it will not stop me from fighting to protect your rights and for a bright future.”
In response to Tara Bull from Cucumber Capital, Bull tweeted a denial: ‘And, just for the record, these wild accusations are completely untrue.
Twitter user, he also attacked credibility of the friend of the victim. He tweeted that she was “a far-left activist/actress in LA who has a major political axe.

According to the flight attendant who did not want her name, the billionaire also accused her of rubbing her leg and offering her gifts in return for an erotic treatment.
Musk, the wealthiest man on earth, hit back in a statement to the publication, saying there is ‘a lot more to this story’ – which he called a ‘politically motivated hit piece’.
He decried later the Twitter tactics used by the journalist.
“It was obvious that their sole goal was to hit a price.” [sic]To interfere with the Twitter acquisition,” he wrote. “The story was created before they ever spoke to me.
Meanwhile SpaceX VP of Legal Christopher Cardaci told Insider: ‘I’m not going to comment on any settlement agreements.’

A friend of Musk, the flight attendant who was onboard a flight from London to London in 2016, has filed papers alleging that Musk was involved.
According to a friend, Musk asked her to come to Musk’s room for a ‘full body massage’ late in 2016.
SpaceX provides in-house massages for executive employees – according to the declaration, her supervisors encouraged the flight attendant to learn massage techniques.
She allegedly discovered Musk completely naked, with only a sheet covering his lower body.
A friend stated that Musk had “exposed his genitals” and touched the flight attendant.
He then, according to the declaration, ‘offered to buy her a horse’ if she would ‘do more,’ which she said she took to mean performing sex acts.
Insider reported that the flight attendant was a horseman as a hobby.
Musk refused to accept the massage but the friend continued. But then ‘he whipped out his penis,’ the friend said.
They added, “It was erect.”
“And he began to propose her. He touched her thigh, and said he would buy her horse. He basically wanted to get her to do some kind of sexual favor.
A friend stated that the flight attendant had been’really upset and visibly shaken’ by the incident. They reunited shortly thereafter.
Musk was a role model for her before and after the incident. However, she said that it became more challenging to find work afterwards due to her anxiety.
The friend stated that she thought things would go back to normal, and that she would pretend as though nothing ever happened. “But, she began to feel like she was being retaliated against for her work shift cuts, and was feeling really stressed.
But Musk said none of this ever happened, writing in another late-night tweet Thursday night: ‘I have a challenge to this liar who claims their friend saw me “exposed” – describe just one thing, anything at all (scars, tattoos, …) that isn’t known by the public.’
‘She won’t be able to do so, because it never happened,’ he added.
A friend claims that Musk told Musk to bring her in for a full-body massage late 2016, after which he requested it.
SpaceX provides in-house massages for its executives. The declaration states that the supervisors of the flight attendant encouraged her to learn massage techniques.
According to the declaration, she feels she is being ‘pushed out’ and ‘punished for not becoming a prostitute’.
An employment lawyer was hired by the attendant to file the complaint in 2018. Her friend was then contacted to verify the claims.
Musk met with the mediator and attendant to try to quickly resolve the matter.
Musk, SpaceX, as well as the attendant, agreed to $250,000. It was instructed to the flight attendant that she would not sue.
It included agreements that the flight attendant would not disclose any information about the settlement, or Musk’s business.
These agreements were later banned by California, just months after Musk’s settlement.
A friend claimed that the flight attendant had been’really upset’ during the flight and looked shaken upon their return.
Musk met with the mediator and attendant to try to solve this problem quickly.
According to the friend of the flight attendant, she claims that there are no such agreements. She feels an “obligation” as someone who has been a victim of sexual assault.
She stated, “I had a deep sense of responsibility and felt it was my duty to do so, especially right now”. He’s the most powerful man on the planet. If someone with this level of power causes such harm, and then throws money at it, there is no accountability.
“There are many predators around the globe. If someone is extremely wealthy and powerful they can have systems set up that allow them to achieve whatever they wish.
She said, “When people choose to be silent, yes, they do get a piece of the system.”
“You can become part of the machine that allows Elon Musk continue doing the terrible things he has done.”
The friend may not have spoken with the flight attendant before the tale was revealed.
“If there was a way to…” [her]I think she will, and that without putting her life at risk. “I wish she felt that I did what was right. “I hope she believes I did the right thing by saying things she wasn’t comfortable enough to share.”
Musk made the claim when he was asked about the matter.
He said: ‘If I were inclined to engage in sexual harassment, this is unlikely to be the first time in my entire 30-year career that it comes to light.’
He said that there was ‘a lot more’ to the story, which he described as a “politically motivated hit article.”
Musk, who is the world’s richest man, replied: “If this were my intention to engage sexual harassment, I doubt that it will be the only time in my 30-year-long career that it becomes public.”
Musk stated that this was the first sexual misconduct allegation against him, when he was asked about it.
Both SpaceX and Tesla have faced allegations of sexual harassment as well as lawsuits.
A friend shared that Musk may have mistreated her and she should be able to come forward.
This accusation comes at a time when Musk may have never been more dominant in the news cycle.
Musk has been involved in an arduous deal to buy out Twitter, the social media giant. He repeatedly stated that Twitter is ‘on Hold’ for the last week due to claims by Musk that Twitter was downplaying its bot count.
The social media firm’s executives insist on Thursday, however that the deal remains in force.
The South African billionaire, who was initially asked why Twitter he would like to purchase it, stated that it was for free speech. Also, he planned to “clean up” Twitter and eliminate spammers and bots. On Friday, he stated that the $44billion deal was temporarily suspended until Twitter can prove less than 5% of Twitter’s users are fake accounts or spam accounts.
He said, “This is a huge deal,” at Monday’s podcast summit.
“It appears as though you were saying, “Okay. I will buy your home.” The house is less than five percent termites. This is a reasonable number. However, if the termites are 90 percent it’s unacceptable. This is not the same house.
Musk believes that Twitter’s leadership has not been honest about his number of bots. Musk tweeted on Thursday a meme featuring an astronaut named ‘Elon’ staring into space and declaring: ‘Wait! It’s all bots!’
A second astronaut is referred to as ‘Twitter Board. He holds a gun above his head, and responds: “Always has was.”

However, in recent years – and particularly while publicly discussing his Twitter takeover – the Tesla and SpaceX CEO has shown a leaning more towards the political right.
Musk made the announcement via video link Monday at a Miami tech summit hosted by All-In podcast.
Musk explained to attendees that Twitter, at the present time, had a far-left bias. ‘I would consider myself a moderate. I am neither Republican nor Democrat.
“I have historically voted for Democrats overwhelmingly.” Like I’m not sure, I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear,’ Musk continued, adding: ‘Now this election I will.’
