Emmerdale received unimpressed complaints following the assassination of Ben Tucker (Simon Lennon), by Meena Jutla, (Paige Sandhu).
According to Metro, Ofcom received 74 complaints about the dramatic scene which aired on Thursday September 25.
Meena, a serial killer, was determined to obtain footage showing that she attempted Victoria Barton’s murder.
Shocked! Emmerdale was contacted by unimpressed viewers about the death of Ben Tucker (Simon Lennon), which Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu), committed.
Ben ended up in Meena’s crosshairs after he took the tape from her and decided to make a run for it.
Meena then followed him, but she slipped on the alcohol and seemed to have fallen off.
Ben left the footage behind in his car, and then returned to Meena to make sure she was okay. But Meena hadn’t been found.
As he returned to the car, Meena attacked him using an oar.

Meena then went back to the footage and watched Ben screaming for help. Meena eventually beat Ben to death.
MailOnline reached out to ITV in order for them to comment.
This shocking news, which was not revealed by soap bosses meant that Ben’s one-year-long stay in the village would end.
Many fans were not happy that Meena was once more hiding her identity and quickly flooded social media with their opinions.
One wrote: “So Dawn forgots to mention it was Meena, who was telling Dawn that Billy wasn’t over her? This is vital information. I am tempted to leave.

Viewers witnessed Aaron, Ben’s boyfriend discover that his partner had been murdered. This set the scene for Danny Miller’s exit.
After leaving Andrea, Meena was left to find her true love in the burning corn maze of the survival week. Ben ended up being Meena’s third victim.
She killed Leanna Cavanagh, a teen she had discovered Meena stole money from the village’s gay pride collection and she also murdered Nadine her best friend before she moved to the village.
Really? Meena was once more hiding from the public, and many fans were not happy. They quickly flooded social media with comments.
Andrea found out that Meena was involved in Leanna’s murder. She then faced a difficult end and viewers have been waiting for her expose.
Although Paige Sandhu shared an idea for a scenario, little has been said about Meena’s fate.
