Jeffrey Epstein’s former lawyer claims that one of his victims, who was accused of rape by him, could be facing sex crime charges.

Alan Dershowitz suggested that prosecutors behind the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell for sex trafficking crimes could now try Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre for her alleged role in the abuse of under-age girls.

The Harvard professor, who has previously represented rapist Harvey Weinstein and former President Trump, has been accused of rape by Giuffre and the pair are locked in a countersuit over a defamation case.

All wrongdoing is denied by him.

After Epstein’s Madam Maxwell was found guilty last night on five of six charges related to sextrafficking, the claim has been made.

Fox News’ Dershowitz stated that Giuffre was 17 years old when he was trafficked to Epstein. He could then be charged with facilitating sex between Epstein’s minor and him.

Former Jeffrey Epstein lawyer Alan Dershowitz claimed prosecutors behind the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell for sex trafficking crimes could now try Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre for an alleged role in the abuse.

Alan Dershowitz, an ex-Jacob Epstein attorney claimed that the prosecutors responsible for the Ghislaine Maxill conviction for sextrafficking crimes might now charge Virginia Giuffre with Epstein’s alleged participation in the abuse.

Alan Dershowitz suggested that prosecutors behind the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell for sex trafficking crimes could now try Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre for her alleged role in the abuse of under-age girls

Alan Dershowitz proposed that the prosecutors who convicted Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking offenses could now bring Virginia Giuffre, Epstein’s accuser for her role in the abuses of girls under age.

‘The interesting question is who else should be prosecuted,’ said Dershowitz.

‘Virginia Giuffre… one of the women [in the trial]She testified that she was fourteen or fifteen years old when she brought her money to Jeffrey Epstein by Virginia Giuffre, who was far beyond the legal age for consent.

The testimony at trial indicated that Giuffre was then naked and had sex in an attempt to help her have sex.

‘So Giuffre, under the theory of the prosecution, is guilty as well…’

Derschowitz said that Giuffre wasn’t being used by federal prosecutors in Maxwell’s trial. She claimed she would have been a crucial witness and the government was unable to believe her.

Dershowitz responded to the question of Maxwell if she could speak to prosecutors despite a 65 year sentence.

“Facing long sentences in prison is the best thing for people to do.

Dershowitz stated to hosts that Maxwell was someone he’d only seen ‘only a few times’ with his wife, but that Maxwell believed that she was Jeffrey Epstein’s girlfriend. He said that he didn’t know any of this was happening.

Speaking to Fox News, Dershowitz said that Giuffre, who was trafficked by Epstein as a 17-year-old, could be tried for 'facilitating sex' between Epstein and a minor later on. Pictured: Virginia Giuffre with her lawyer in 2019

Few references to the Prince have not been accompanied by the photograph of him with his arm round the waist of 17-year-old Virginia Roberts at Ms Maxwell’s mews house in London, an occasion which he claims not to recall

The photograph of Prince Charles with his arm around Virginia Roberts, 17 years old at Ms Maxwell’s London mews house is one of few references to him. He claims that he doesn’t recall this occasion.

The Fox News host noted that Dershowitz was beginning his segment. that the lawyer had ‘once represented Epstein and is currently being sued by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre for defamation’ and that the Professor denies all wrongdoing and is in fact counter-suing Giuffre.

This was in sharp contrast to the BBC News interview he did hours earlier, when critics attacked the channel for not giving context.

Dershowitz told the British public broadcaster that the New York sex abuse case against Prince Andrew brought by Ms Giuffre had been was weakened because prosecutors in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial failed to call his accuser as a witness.

However, critics noted that Mr. Dershowitz has also been accused of sexual abuse and Ms. Roberts is being charged.

Royal experts also said that Andrew had no chance of regaining his reputation after the Maxwell verdicts were in.

All allegations are denied by Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz

The 83-year-old Mr. Dershowitz was Jeffrey Epstein’s attorney and told BBC that Andrew’s case was “weakened substantially” after Maxwell’s trial.

He stated that ‘I believe the most important thing to British viewers was that the Government used very cautiously who it used for witnesses’.

The BBC labelled Alan Dershowitz a 'lawyer' without saying he represented Jeffrey Epstein and is also accused by Virginia Giuffre

BBC called Alan Dershowitz “lawyer” without naming Jeffrey Epstein. Virginia Giuffre also accuses him.

It did not call as witnesses the woman that accused Prince Andrew.

“And she was actually mentioned at trial as somebody who brought young people into Epstein’s care for abuse.

“So this case does nothing at all to strengthen Prince Andrew’s case.

“It actually weakens Prince Andrew’s case because the government used very few people.

Last night, condemnation was sparked by the fact that Mr. Dershowitz was presented to BBC News Channel last night as a “constitutional lawyer”, without any mention of his involvement with the case. The interviewer did not challenge his claims regarding Ms Giuffre.

Adam Wagner, an human rights lawyer, stated that the BBC made a huge error in publishing the interview.

But royal experts stated that Andrew’s reputation is a ‘bust flush’, regardless of the outcome of the case against him. This was due to his friendship with Epstein (a billionaire paedophile) and Maxwell (now-convicted sex dealer).

Andrew’s elder brother Prince Charles already considered Maxwell a liability to the Royal Family, and the jury’s verdict that Maxwell was willingly complicit in the death of Epstein will put him beyond reproach.

The Duke of York’s lawyers will try to have the civil lawsuit brought by his accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre thrown out of court early next month.

The result of last night will be more complicated.

And royal observers believe that even a victory for Andrew at that stage – or at a full trial expected in the Autumn – would still not be enough to remove the stigma attached to his name over his friendship with Epstein.

Andrew will be unable to take comfort in the fact that Maxwell won’t win in his case.

Prince Andrew strongly denies Ms Giuffre’s (pictured at court in New York on August 27, 2019) allegations that he slept with her as a 17-year-old sex slave after she claimed to have been trafficked to him at the London house

Prince Andrew strongly rejects the claims of Ms Giuffre (pictured at New York’s court on August 27, 2019), that he was a 17 year-old sexslave with her after she said that he trafficked her to London.

MailOnline has been told that Andrew is “a busted flush”, by an experienced royal expert. “Unfortunately, Andrew’s problem is not so much evidence or proof of what happened to Virginia Giuffre, but rather public perception.

The Royal Family has been frightened by Andrew’s handling and the interview he did with Emily Maitlis on Newsnight about the car accident.

The Queen has been her favourite since childhood, so she is the only one who remains loyal.

Officially, Andrew has “stepped back” from royal duties during the court case, however, it is difficult to imagine how he would once again assume his position in public life the same as before.

Lisa Bloom, who represented many victims of Jeffrey Epstein in several cases, stated last night that anyone with any connection to the financier for paedophiles should be “concerned”.

“I believe anyone associated with Jeffrey Epstein who participated in or helped him send girls to him for trafficking, sexual abuse, etc. should be extremely concerned about today’s verdict.

Elle added, “The case [against Prince Andrew]has been filed. It was served following several unsuccessful attempts to dodge service. The court finally said, “You’ve been served. Move forward.”

“Now, he’s trying to have the case dismissed on technical grounds. He claims Virginia isn’t a US resident, but she is actually a resident in Australia. Therefore, the case shouldn’t be heard.

He seems to want to stop the case from going to trial on merits.

Virginia said she is a resident of Colorado and that it was possible to have the case dismissed.

She is an outstanding attorney.

“I’m rooting for her. I hope that she is able to win the case on its merits.

This case will likely dominate news in the first part of 2022.

The Duke of Edinburgh is unlikely to be a prominent participant in the commemorations of the Falklands war’s 40th anniversary in June. However, his active role as Royal Navy Sea King helicopter pilot in 1982 conflicts means that he will not play a significant part in these events.

Prince Andrew first met Ghislaine Maxwell when she was at university and the pair had known each other for nearly 20 years when she is alleged to have introduced him to Epstein

Prince Andrew was first introduced to Ghislaine Maxwell by her university professor. The pair were friends for over 20 years and she is believed to have introduced Andrew to Epstein.

Ghislaine Maxill (right) was believed to be in a relationship with the American financier. Epstein then formed a friendship.

Prince Andrew, a veteran, would have the right to attend all events marking the capture of Port Stanley. However, it seems that there has been no formal invitation.

Prince Andrew was frequently mentioned by the prosecution in the trial, as a friend of Epstein and Maxwell, a visitor to the billionaire’s townhouse in Manhattan and his private island Little St James – and as having travelled at least four times on the infamous ‘Lolita Express’, Epstein’s private jet.

The photograph of Prince Charles with his arm around Virginia Roberts, 17 years old at Maxwell’s London mews house is one of few references to him. He claims that he doesn’t remember this occasion.

Prince Andrew strongly refutes Ms Giuffre’s claims that he had slept with her 17 years ago as a sex slave. She claimed she was trafficked to him at London House. The photo may have been faked according to some sources.

His team had to have sighed of relief when Ms Giuffre, who was allegedly ‘available’ to testify, wasn’t called on the stand during Maxwell’s trial.

Those who have known Prince Andrew for decades say he is a victim of his own boorish, entitled arrogance and his biggest mistake – and one which many other high-profile individuals also made, not least former US Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, was to allow himself to associate with the likes of a man like Epstein at all

At a Saturday hearing, Maxwell’s lawyers were mocked by the prosecutors. They said they could invite Miss Roberts on the stand but decided not to. Andrew Rohrbach stated that Virginia Roberts was the most obvious witness available for both sides. Although she wasn’t available for comment, Virginia Roberts was. She was described as a victim and did not testify. However, the defense expected her to speak on behalf of Maxwell. They didn’t call her.

A source close to the Duke told MailOnline: ‘This was Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial – not the Duke’s. Nothing new of any substance has been raised in relation to the Duke – any mentions have been glancing blows, not body blows.’

Prince Andrew and Maxwell first met each other at university. They had been friends for close to 20 years, when Maxwell is said to have introduced Andrew to Epstein.

The American financier and she were thought to have been dating. Epstein later formed a close friendship.

He allegedly visited Epstein’s houses and island multiple times during this relationship.

Andrew’s lawyers are bringing their motion to New York District Court seeking dismissal. Court documents state that Andrew ‘unambiguously denies’ assaulting and sexually abusing Ms Giuffre.
