Navid Sole, Apprentice was the latest to say goodbye to the Lord Sugar investment. However, Sophie Wilding should have won the contest.
After competing in the same team to produce booze-free versions for the country’s most popular tipples, the 27-year old pharmacist claimed that 32-yearold owner of the bar ‘threw him out the window’.
But teamwork failed to make the dream work, evidenced in their boardroom clash where Cheltenham-born Sophie criticised Navid’s lack of input – something he vehemently disagreed with.

EXCLUSIVE ‘I don’t take s**t from anyone!’: Sophie Wilding was criticized by Navid Sole, the Apprentice’s Navid.
The budding businessman spoke out in an interview. He said that Sophie “threw” him under the bus. Because I sold more than Steph, I felt like Sophie should be fired. [Affleck]Amy [Anzel]Sophie and Sophie combined.
You should make more sales if you can. If there was no sale, or I didn’t contribute to the project, I would still like to pitch. Sophie then removed me from pitch again!
“In the boardroom she used that to target me, “oh Navid, you didn’t contribute much”. I was sure she would do this. I stood firm to myself and fought for my rights at the end. And I don’t take s**t from anyone!’

Accusations
Although the Londoner joked about Sophie being ‘blacklisted, he expressed hope that the cast would be free to “hang out and chill” after the ‘fiasco”.
When questioned on what he’d do differently, he quipped: ‘I would’ve been a bit more of a b****h!’ before adding, seriously, ‘I should’ve raised my voice more.’
Navid might not have revealed the secrets behind the scenes, but he did share his frustrations about the tiny beds.
“I was shocked by the house. We had such tiny beds! I could feel my legs sticking out from the bed. It was just three to four hours of sleep. My face looked horrible, and I was unable to care for it.
“It’s quite a transition to go from one bed with Versace covers, which was a king size, to one with only one duvet. “I’m the guy with five pillows all around me!” He said.

Shama Amin was willing to accept the less-than-amazing cook as their guest chef, despite the fact that she is suffering from rheumatoidarthritis.
Navid gave a touching tribute to Shama during the interview. She said: “You know what? Shama is such an amazing woman. You can see that she is passionate about women empowerment. I have learned so much from her, including cooking. I learned how to cook a chicken curry from her.
She was inspirational. Shama and me would not be in the same boardroom. Shama couldn’t handle it. I wouldn’t throw money at someone. “I hope that she is able to get well quickly.”
