The call by President Joe Biden for Vladimir Putin’s removal from power has raised alarm bells in US foreign policy specialists, who worry that this could increase tensions and even make it more difficult for the Kremlin to scale back its war goals in Ukraine.

Biden declared, “For God’s Sake this man cannot continue in power,” in an apparent cry for regime change in Moscow after a passionate speech in Poland.

While the Kremlin displayed fury, the White House made the unscripted remarks as it walked back from a speech in which the White House rallied support for Ukraine and opposed autocracy.

Richard Haass (Centre on Foreign Relations President) tweeted that he was concerned by Biden’s ‘expansion of US war goals, calling for regime changes’

Haass wrote that despite being desirable, we cannot accomplish it. He also warned against the risk of Putin seeing this as a fight for survival, increasing his likelihood to reject compromise or escalate or either one.

‘Our interests are to end the war on terms Ukraine can accept & to discourage Russian escalation. He stated that the current call for regime changes is not compatible with these ends.

President Joe Biden's call for Vladimir Putin to be removed from power in Russia is setting off alarm bells among foreign policy experts. who fear that it could escalate tensions

Experts in foreign policy are raising alarm about President Joe Biden’s request that Vladimir Putin be expelled from Russia. It could lead to increased tensions, experts fear.

'For god's sake this man cannot remain in power,' he said of Putin, describing the Russian president as having a 'craving for absolute power and control.'

He said that Putin cannot stay in power for God’s sake, and described Putin as having a “craving” to be the absolute ruler.

A wrecked tank is seen near a damaged building in Mariupol on Saturday as civilians are being evacuated along humanitarian corridors from the Ukrainian city under the control of Russian military and pro-Russian separatists

On Saturday, a tank that was damaged in a storm is visible near Mariupol. Civilians are evacuated from Mariupol along humanitarian corridors.

Haass told Politico that an official from Biden, perhaps even Secretary of State Antony Blinken should immediately reach out to the Russian counterpart and tell them that Biden’s comments don’t represent US policy.

“The fact it was off-script at times makes it worse,” Haas stated. It could be read to indicate Biden’s true belief, rather than his scripted words.

Biden’s comment could reduce Putin’s desire to compromise, and make him more inclined to escalate in Ukraine. Haass stated that if Putin believes he can lose everything, then it will be harder for him to believe he doesn’t have anything to lose.

Prior to Biden boarding Air Force One for the return flight to Washington, his aides raced to prove that he wasn’t calling for an immediate shift in Moscow government.

The President said that Putin could not have power over its neighbors or region. A White House official stated that he was not talking about Putin’s Russian power or the possibility of regime change.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov quickly denounced Biden, saying ‘it´s not up to the president of the U.S. and not up to the Americans to decide who will remain in power in Russia.’

Biden’s outlandish alarmist comment came just 24 hours after other awkward comments from President Obama suggesting that US troops might be sent to Ukraine.

In a speech to US paratroopers in Poland on Friday, Biden said: ‘You’re going to see when you’re there – some of you have been there – you’re going to see women, young people, standing in the middle, in front of a damn tank, saying, ‘I’m not leaving’.’

Biden mentioned ‘when you are there’ as a suggestion that troops might be sent to Ukraine’s border, however the administration insists that there have been no changes in the US’s stance on the matter.

The White House was forced to clarify on Friday that American troops would not be going into Ukraine after President Biden appeared to make a slip in his speech to paratroopers in Poland

Biden also talked about his late son Beau and thanked the paratroopers for their service in the during the remarks in Rzeszów

On Friday, after the President Biden made an error in his address to Polish paratroopers in Poland, the White House had to clarify that American troops were not going to Ukraine.

According to Fox News, a spokesperson for the White House stated that “The President has made clear that we will not send U.S. forces to Ukraine” and added that there was no need to change.

Biden repeatedly stated that no troops will be allowed to enter Ukraine during Putin’s invasion. He feared it would become World War Three, and turn into a long combat mission just like Afghanistan.

Biden, in his passionate speech of Saturday, drew an unambiguous line between democracy and oppression. Biden repeatedly targeted Putin, accusing him of lying, and repeatedly attacked the Russian president.

Biden spoke outdoors, in the courtyard cobbled of Warsaw’s Royal Castle, where he accused Putin of using ‘brute force and disinformation to control.

Biden stated that ‘it’s nothing but a direct challenge to the rules-based international order’.

President Joe Biden accused Vladimir Putin of duplicity in the run up to Russia¿s invasion of Ukraine

In the days leading up to Russia’s invasion in Ukraine, President Joe Biden charged Vladimir Putin with duplicity

Biden also took cues from Arnold Schwarzenegger who made a viral video message for Russians, and directly addressed the Russian people.

“I tell you the truth. He said that this war was not right for the Russian people. Putin can and should end the war. We stand by you, the Ukrainian people who want peace and will support your efforts to end this war.

He also warned that Putin’s aggressive behavior could lead to ‘decades’ of war in Europe.

It’s a direct challenge to the World War II order and threatens Europe with decades of war, as it did before the creation of an international rule-based organization. Biden stated that we cannot return to this.

Biden moved also to ease fears of Eastern European countries. He made it very clear that NATO would remain intact and warned Russia to not expand his intrusion outside of Ukraine.

Poland and countries from the Old Eastern Bloc, like Estonia and Lativa, are afraid that Putin’s ambitions could result in their border being closed. Biden said that NATO would defend its members nations and honor Article Five. Article Five requires all states to respond if one strikes.

“Don’t think of moving one inch on NATO territory. Biden stated that we have sacred obligations.

Biden spoke of his conversations with Putin prior to Russia’s invasion last month.

Putin said that he repeatedly stated that he did not want to be involved in war and that he was certain he wouldn’t move.

“Russia’s decision to go to war is not justified or provoked.

Polish President Andrzej Duda listens as President Joe Biden delivers a speech about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, at the Royal Castle

Andrzej Duda, Polish president, listens to President Joe Biden deliver a speech at the Royal Castle about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

However, Russia and Putin met all of their proposals with disinterest. He stated that Russia had been bent on violence since the beginning.

After many days of diplomatic meetings and quiet talks with Brussels powerbrokers, the White House set up a speech in which Biden could talk in general terms about what was at stake as allies and the U.S. rush to arm Ukraine.

Biden said the war has been ‘a strategic failure for Russia already’ – alluding to its battlefield losses.

Putin believed that Ukrainians would surrender and cease fighting. He is not a historian. He said that instead, Russian forces had met their match. His speech included references to Pope John Paul II and the besiegement of Stalingrad.

Biden claimed that, in spite of Putin’s goals, the west was not stronger nor more united than before. He referred to the international reaction.

Biden stated that the democracies around the globe are being revitalized.

He said that Russia is suffering from a “remarkable brain-drain”, with over 200,000 people leaving Russia in one month.

He said that ‘We must now commit to the fight for long-term,’ speaking on behalf of a country which has been trying to arm Ukraine and housing over 2 million refugees.

His words were punctuated and he encouraged the crowd to never be discouraged. He said, “Do not be afraid.”

He vowed that Ukraine would never become a Russian victory. He said that ‘For God’s sake, this person cannot stay in power’, coming on the heels of Russia’s new missiles being launched at Lviv, western Ukraine.

Biden began and ended his remarks with a quote from the first Polish pope, Pope John Paul II, telling people: ‘Be not afraid.’

Biden had previously attacked Putin personally, calling him a war crime and declaring that he does not have a soul.

Earlier Saturday, he called Putin a ‘butcher’ after holding emotional conversations with Ukrainian refugees – including a pair who fled the horror of the siege at Mariupol.

‘He’s a butcher,’ Biden said when asked what he thought of Putin after what he has done to the people he was meeting.

Biden’s gaffes, which have raised concerns about health, include confusing Libyan and Syria numbers, calling Kamala the ‘president’, and using hot mics to call Kamala a joke.

Since he was appointed to one of the most difficult jobs on the planet, President Joe Biden is the oldest man ever to sworn into the White House.

However, Biden (79) has made many gaffes during his time in office, which aside from his age, worries even his supporters.

Recently, Rep. Ronny Johnson demanded that Biden undergo a cognitive exam. He pointed out that one of the early signs of Alzheimer’s Disease (or any other form of dementia) is mood and personality changes.

March 20,22, Poland visit: It suggests the US might send its troops to Ukraine

As Biden visited NATO allies to rally support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s invasion, the White House rushed to clarify awkward remarks from the president suggesting that US troops would deploy, and had already deployed, to Ukraine.

In a speech to US paratroopers in Poland, Biden said: ‘You’re going to see when you’re there – some of you have been there – you’re going to see women, young people, standing in the middle, in front of a damn tank, saying, ‘I’m not leaving’.’

Biden mentions “when you’re here” as suggesting that troops will be deployed over the Ukrainian border. However, the administration has insisted that there is no change to his position.

The White House rushed to clarify in a statement: ‘The president has been clear we are not sending U.S. troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position.’

'You¿re going to see when you¿re there ¿ some of you have been there ¿ you¿re going to see women, young people, standing in the middle, in front of a damn tank, saying, "I¿m not leaving".' Biden's mention of 'you're there' seem to suggest that the troops would be deployed across the border, but the administration insisted there has been no change in stance

‘You’re going to see when you’re there – some of you have been there – you’re going to see women, young people, standing in the middle, in front of a damn tank, saying, “I’m not leaving”.’ Biden mentions “you’re there” as if the troops were going to be deployed over the border. However, the administration insists that there have been no changes in their stance.

Biden appeared again to have called for Russia regime change and removal of Vladimir Putin’s power 24 hours later.

Biden stated at the conclusion of an emotional speech in Poland, “For God’s Sake this man cannot continue in power.”

Experts in foreign policy warned immediately that Putin’s comment could increase tensions with Moscow and cause Putin to escalate his aggression further if he thinks the US wants to take him out of power.

Prior to Biden boarding Air Force One for the return flight to Washington, his aides raced to prove that he wasn’t calling for a change of government in Moscow.

March 8, 2022   – Slipping and forgetting Lloyd Austin’s name

Trying to recall Lloyd Austin, Defense Secretary of the Navy’s name, President Obama slipped during his March 8 speech.

‘I want to Thank Sec-. The former general, I keep calling it ‘General.’ Biden stated, “My – the guy running that outfit over there,” and then quickly said, “I want us to thank the secretary for everything he’s done.”

Biden was on a trip to Texas in the same month, to see a Houston-area vaccine center. He seemed to lose track of his thoughts and became confused. Even asking, “What is the matter?” While trying to get his feet back on track.

Biden has repeatedly referred to Kamala Harris, Vice President of South Carolina State University as the “president” on multiple occasions. Biden said this during the commencement speech of South Carolina State University’s December 2012 graduation ceremony: ‘Ofcourse, President Harris a proud Howard graduate.

This time, he made the same mistake when he declared that President Harris and I had stood at the United States Capitol during his Georgian voting rights speech.

Biden is known for getting dates mixed up — in May 2021, he recalls traveling by Amtrak to visit his mother during his time as vice president. His mother, however, had already died in 2010.

Biden was not the first person to notice these issues. Biden made a joke about his claim that “200 million people died” from COVID-19 while he was campaigning in September 2020. At the time, it was close to 200,000.

Biden was corrected by Dr. Anthony Fauci regarding a COVID-19 vaccine statistic. During a COVID-19 White House press conference, Biden attempted to say, ’57… excuse me… 570… I don’t want to read it, I’m not sure I got the right number…’ Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci aided him to say the figure was ’57 million.’

January 24, 2022 – Biden calls Peter Doocy a ‘stupid son of a b*****’

‘You displayed this type of mood change during a cabinet meeting on when you apparently did not know your microphone was on after finishing your opening remarks, and you called a White House reporter a ‘stupid son of a b****’in response to a question asked on inflation,’ Jackson claimed.

Biden was speaking about a January hot mic incident in which he criticized Fox News reporter Peter Doocy. The president then personally apologized for the mistake.

Biden also has been known to struggle with names of foreign leaders, top officials and entire countries.

The president misidentified Syria and Libya several times during discussions with Russia at the G7 last June. Later, the White House had to clarify.

Biden also made a mistake in foreign policy, forgetting the name of Australia’s prime minister. He was speaking via video link with Biden.

Biden, while announcing an historic security deal between Australia, the US, and Britain, told Boris Johnson of Britain, “Thank you,” before turning to Scott Morrison from Australia, saying, “And that fella down Under.” Thanks very much, buddy.

Biden seems to have struggled with the names of those he talks to most often. In March last year’s International Women’s Day speech, Biden promoted two female officers as four-star generals.

 Libyan and Syrian confusion

'I'm hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people in — for example, in — in Libya,' the president said, mentioning the north African country for the third time instead of Syria, in the Middle East. Biden is pictured in Cornwall, United Kingdom on June 13

Biden was photographed in Cornwall, United Kingdom, June 13, 2013.

The White House later brushed the confusion off, confirming that it was indeed, Syria, the country where Russia and the US have been involved in a decade-long civil war, which the president was referring to

Later on, the White House clarified that the problem was Syria. This is the country in which Russia and the US were involved in a decade-long civil conflict.

Biden misunderstood Syria as Libya, while discussing how to collaborate with Russia in a G7 conference held on June 13th.

Gaffe Machine, 78 years old, spoke out in support of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s economic aid to Libyans. This caused some confusion among the G7 press team at Cornwall’s summit.

‘I’m hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people in — for example, in — in Libya,’ the president said, mentioning the north African country for the third time instead of Syria, which is in the Middle East. Later the White House cleared up the confusion and confirmed that the president actually meant Syria. It is where Russia, US, and other countries have been fighting for a decade in civil war.

Tramping while ascending the Air Force One staircase

Over the years, President Joe Biden has made numerous gaffes and mix-ups and has even been caught falling. Pictured: Biden falling while walking up the stairs of Air Force One on March 19

Biden, the President of the United States has been guilty of many gaffes over the years. He has also been caught on camera falling while walking up stairs at Air Force One. Pictured: Biden fell while walking up Air Force One’s staircases on March 19.

On March 19, he was caught tripping up the stairs as he boarded Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews

As he boarded Air Force One, Joint Base Andrews on March 19, he fell down the stairs.

Biden fell down stairs while boarding Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews, March 19.

In the clip, Biden stumbles as he walks up the airstairs. To balance himself, he grabs at the handrail but then loses his footing twice more.

The third time he stumbles, he finally falls to the ground. After rubbing his legs, he climbs to the top of the plane, giving a salute, and then disappears inside.

Later, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Biden was “100% fine” and that he was getting ready for Atlanta.

“It is very windy outside. It’s extremely windy. She said that she almost fell when she climbed up the steps.

Just one day earlier, during a press conference on March 18 (pictured), he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as 'President Harris'

One day prior, he called Vice President Kamala Harris ‘President Harris.’

Biden had mistakenly called Kamala Harris, Vice President Kamala Harris, President Harris one day prior.

The gaffe was made during a March 18 press conference, during which he celebrated his administration’s closeness to achieving their 100 million COVID-19 vaccination doses within his first 100 days of office.

Biden explained that President Harris gave him a tour of an Arizona vaccine center. The nurse who administered the shots to patients said that every shot felt like giving hope.

Harris stood behind Biden while he continued his speech. However, Harris did not make any corrections.

Later that day, when the White House released the transcript of his speech, Harris’s proper title was inserted with brackets.

On March 9, while making a speech, Biden seemed to forget the name of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin (above)

While giving a speech on March 9, Biden appeared to have forgotten the name Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin (above).

Biden, in a March 9 speech seemed to lose control of his words and forgot the name Lloyd Austin is Secretary of Defense

Biden stated, “I would like to express my gratitude for Sec. – The former general. I continue calling him General.”

“My” – The guy running that clothing over there. We want to thank Secretary, for everything he did to help us implement the ideas we have just discussed and for suggesting these women to be promoted.  Even though he mentioned Austin’s name just moments earlier without any issue, the slip occurred.

On Election Day, in November, Biden introduced a crowd to his granddaughter, but referred to her as his son

Biden, on November’s Election Day introduced a large crowd to his grand-daughter, but called her his son.

Biden, during an election day speech in Philadelphia, stumbled and misunderstood his words.

Biden told the crowd: ‘I want to introduce you to two of my granddaughters…this is my son, Beau Biden who a lot of you helped elect to the Senate in Delaware.’

Although the commander-in chief had intended to introduce the crowd to Natalie Beau’s child, he didn’t just mix up the name and the person. He also wrapped his arms around Finnegan Biden Hunter’s little girl.

He finally corrected his self as he wrapped his arm around Natalie’s shoulder, saying: “This is Natalie. This is Beau’s child.”

Beau Biden, one of most deadly types of brain cancers, died in 2015.

TO THE STATE SENATOR OF WHEELCHAIR: STAND UP

In 2008, Biden told then-Missouri state senator Chuck Graham to stand up for the crowd at a rally, before realizing he was in a wheelchair

Biden, then-Senator of Missouri, told Chuck Graham in 2008 to support the rally crowd. He soon realized that he was disabled and couldn’t stand for it.

Biden made many gaffes in his time, but not all. Some of these gaffes were actually made in the early aughts.

After Biden was named as former President Barack Obama’s running mate in September 2008, Biden attended a Missouri campaign rally.

He called upon Chuck Graham (then-Missouri senator), who died last year. to defend the crowd.

“I believe Chuck Graham is the state senator.” Biden said, “Stand up Chuck.

Graham realized that he was in a wheelchair because of muscular dystrophy at the moment.

“Oh God loves you.” This is what I’m talking about. What can I say? You are making every other person stand up.

According to the Columbia Tribune, Graham said he was never offended by the mistake.
