The new Woolworths Caramilk Hot Cross Buns are now low in calories thanks to a fitness coach.
Bec Hardgrave (Breeze, Australia) shared an online video in which she claimed that her food “hack” contains only 189 calories per hamburger, while Woolworths alternatives contains 260.
She made Caramilk Butter by melting chocolate on a hot cross bun and spreading it evenly.

Bec created the indulgent snack using mini-hot cross buns made from Coles, and two pieces of Caramilk.
This hack makes it easy to make fresh hot cross buns and melt Caramilk butter for a fraction of the calories. They can be microwaved or air-fried, but they should still be crispy.
“It’s a way past Easter and I don’t know why, but the hot cross buns will never be too late.”
She said, “I don’t understand why I never tried Caramilk Butter before. But it’s amazing.”
Many TikTok users referred to the idea of a treat as “dangerous”, while others confessed that they ate four packs of Caramilk hot crosses buns from Woolworths.

Starts by cutting up Caramilk hot cross buns into two centimetre wide strips, place them on a baking tray and brushe them with melted butter then put the bun pieces in the oven for 15 minutes until they are golden and crisp
Then he placed the buns in the oven and baked them for about 15 minutes, until crisp.
Make the sauce by combining 180 grams of Caramilk Chocolate with thickened Cream. Microwave them for 1 minute. Mix halfway.
Make churros by placing the bun strips in a bowl.
Make the dipping sauce by melting Caramilk chocolate. Once it is melted, heat in the microwave for about one minute. Stir halfway through. Finally, coat the bun pieces using a mix of cinnamon and caster sugar.
Place the Caramilk sauce on a board or plate and serve.
