Fitness enthusiast Nathan McCaullum has shared the difference 10 years has made to his god-like physique in incredible photos, stating that he didn’t join a gym until he was 25.
At 33, Milestone Strength’s owner is a nutrition and online coaching coach. His former self worked at Surf Dive and Ski and General Pants. However, he still has the drive and determination to succeed.
I’ve been very active my whole life. He told Daily Mail Australia that although I was a good soccer player towards the end, he didn’t start going to a gym until his mid-20s.
While he was certainly athletic in his younger years Mr McCaullum wouldn’t describe himself as muscular, and originally employed the personal training experience of his childhood best friend to ‘get a six-pack and bigger muscles’.

Nathan McCaullum is a fitness fanatic. In incredible photographs, Nathan shows the changes that 10 years have made to his amazing physique.

“I have always been physically active. I played soccer at a high level towards the end of school but didn’t join a gym until my mid-twenties,’ he told Daily Mail Australia (pictured with his fiancé)
He stated, “I had the most amazing learning experience with him. And he is now my business partner.”
While originally Instagram was a platform for Mr McCaullum to share his top tier fashion advice – he worked in visual merchandising in the fashion industry – his content gradually transitioned into fitness content before that side completely dominated.
With over 845,000 followers, he is a formidable force. He regularly gets called an inspiration for young women and men looking to improve their bodies.
He said, “I am currently in a cutting phase. I will do 75-minute sessions with some running and almost only lifting weights.

Although Instagram started as a way for McCaullum, who was looking to share top fashion tips with the world, he eventually transitioned his content into health and fitness content.
“The bodybuilding aspect of training is something I enjoy. It’s not boring. If people don’t find it enjoyable and are not seeing results, then it could be because they haven’t got the right program.
This website allows clients to focus on nutrition and training using a scientific-backed approach, eliminating the guesswork.
He said, “It is the greatest feeling to see so many people come into my office and tell me that they have lost this much weight.”
Despite Mr McCaullum’s appearance it’s incredibly hard to ‘get the bulky look’ from lifting weights alone and it actually works to slim down the body because you’re burning more calories.
He said, “One other myth is that eating the same food as another person will make you look the same.”

Although Mr McCaullum may appear bulky, lifting weights is not enough to achieve that look. It actually helps to lose calories and slims down your body.
It’s difficult. At 5’8 and 81 kilos Mr McCaullum will eat 3,200 calories while ‘cutting’ – which ‘cuts’ body fat while maintaining muscle mass – and 4,500 when he’s not.
Three exercises are done to target the arms on a typical day. These include pressed hammer curls, overhand curls, single-arm preacher curls, single-arm preacher curls and pressed hammer curls. There is also three exercise for the biceps: single-arm preacher curls, single-arm preacher curls, and single hand preacher curls. He will then do three exercises that work the triceps.
For ‘thicker thighs and better abs’, he will do the barbell Cossack Squat.
He uses the WHOOP 4.0 to track his recovery, sleep and training with the brand’s coordinated garments helping to collect data on his weight lifting sessions.
‘Sleep used to be my last priority but now it’s first and foremost,’ Mr McCaullum said.
“People do not realize how vital sleep is to fat loss, and drinking water is essential.
