A couple’s gender reveal for their second child went hilariously awry when the mother set off a color blaster in the wrong direction — and blasted her toddler with pink powder.

Gabrielle, a mother-of-two shared footage of her messy TikTok snafu last week. It showed Gabrielle’s February 2021 gender reveal which didn’t go as she planned.

Gabrielle, her husband, and she each fired off color blasters simultaneously. Gabrielle had hers upside down, so Gabrielle got her daughter a big dose of the pink powder. 

This short video quickly became viral and has been viewed over 18 million times on the App in just a few days.

The mother is just behind the child, while the parents hold their color blasters. They are ready to explode and announce the baby’s gender.

But while Gabrielle’s husband struggles a bit, she manages to pop hers — and realizes too late that the blasting end was pointed down toward her daughter and not up.

The little girl, although panicked and unhurt by the accident, runs towards her mom to get comfort.

Both Gabrielle and her husband can’t help but laugh — excitement over the gender of their new baby girl tabled for the moment — as Gabrielle lifts her older daughter up to comfort her.

The viral video is funny and has been liked more than two million time since its posting. But, since then comments have been disabled.

Gabrielle assured viewers, too that Gabrielle was okay with her older daughter and that now she has a sister. 

Though their gender reveal didn’t go as planned and made quite a mess, it was certainly less disastrous than some other viral gender reveals.

But worst of all was the gender reveal with a failed fireworks display in California that set off the El Dorado wildfire, which resulted More than 22,000 people were evacuated from their homes.

The extensive damage burned 23,000 acres, destroyed five homes and 15 other buildings, and killed a firefighter. 

Refugio Manuel Jimenez Jr., and Angela Renee Jimenez were the ones who started it. They were both indicted in July for 30 offences.

The charges included a felony count of involuntary manslaughter, three felony counts of recklessly causing a fire with great bodily injury, four felony counts of recklessly causing a fire to inhabited structures, and 22 misdemeanor counts of recklessly causing fire to property of another.
