Two in three respondents said their employer would deny them statutory sick pay, while a quarter said having to self-isolate would ‘push their financial situation over the edge’.

Mental health is a major issue for young men 

According to a poll of 2000 millennials, two-thirds say that their mental health issues have prevented them from pursuing their careers. 

25% of respondents aged 18-30 said that they felt unable to motivate themselves to learn more.

The 18- to 30-year-olds surveyed said that their emotional difficulties became more severe during the last two years of the pandemic.
