Dwelling Workplace threatens to deport serving British soldier, 30, who moved to the UK aged 8 again to his native Fiji

A Scottish rugby participant and serving soldier has been despatched a letter by the Dwelling Workplace threatening to deport him again to his native Fiji.

Junior Bulumakau, 30, moved to the UK aged eight.

The daddy-of-two, who’s married to a Scottish girl, has served within the British Military for the previous 11 years and performs for the Scottish Rugby Union 7s workforce.

However he was advised that his ‘exemption to immigration management’ had ceased and he had a month to depart.

Yesterday, the Dwelling Workplace mentioned the letter had been despatched by mistake because it wrongly believed he had left the Military.
