INTRODUCTION
This manual will provide guidance for you to do your job to the best of all your abilities, and ensure a high standard of service.
By using your communication skills – listening and observing, you’ll be able to anticipate the needs of Mr Epstein, Ms Maxwell and guests.
GROOMING/GUEST RELATIONS
High standards require a professional appearance. First impressions are very important.
• Personal cleanliness, good presentation, and a genuine and polite ‘aim to please’ approach are very important

In court, a 58 page staff handbook that Jeffrey Epstein used (pictured with Ghislaine Maxiwell) has been displayed. This book gives extraordinary insights into Epstein’s gilded, depraved life.

This handbook was created to provide staff with ‘proper guidance’ to help them perform their duties as best they can. It was used in Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion (pictured), Florida.
• Try and anticipate the needs of Mr Epstein, Ms Maxwell and their guests
• Make guests feel pampered and welcome
• Do not discuss personal problems with guests
• Remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you
• Unobtrusive is the key
• Wear the appropriate clothing. Wear dark blue trousers and white golf shirts daily. Long sleeve white shirt for dinner.
• Items in pockets must not create a bulge or be visible
• Do not address Mr Epstein, Ms Maxwell and their guests with hands in your pockets
• Do not chew gum
• Avoid using strong perfume or aftershave lotion. You could get an allergic reaction.
• SMILE!
PROPER LANGUAGE
As important is what you say as your actions. It is important to use proper diction, and not include swear words or slang in your language.
You do not say:
‘Yeah’
‘Sure’
‘No problem’
‘You bet’
‘Gotcha’
‘I dunno’
You do say:
‘Yes, Mr’
‘Of course, Ms’
‘My pleasure’
“It’s no problem at all”
‘You are quite right’
A justifiable criticism of a mistake can be made by you:
“I’m very sorry, it won’t happen again.”
“It was entirely my fault.”
How to greet the guests after they have arrived in your room.
If you are not asked to, don’t expound on weather and other topics.
ASK THE PHONE
The way you answer the phone will make a lasting impression on everyone who calls.
Don’t ever slam the receiver!
All calls must be returned within three rings.
If not instructed otherwise, DO NOT divulge Mr Epstein or Ms Maxwells activities to any person.
Any strange phone calls or inquiries should be reported to Ms Maxwell.
