Determined to become the ‘best version of herself’ the admin worker living in Lake Munmorah, NSW, drew inspiration from her husband and children and decided to make a lifestyle change.
Her exercise routine began with CrossFit and classes at the local gym. She also started to get up early to train for CrossFit before her husband left to take off to work.

In her quest to be the “best version” of herself, an admin worker in Lake Munmorah (NSW) gathered inspiration from her husband.
“I was able to batch-prepare meals to cut down on time. To keep my diet on track, I made sure that I had everything I needed for my meals. Daily Mail Australia said she was clear-eyed and patient.
“In 2016 I messaged Alicia Gowans, an Instagram user asking for assistance with my weight loss journey. This has completely transformed my life.”
Mrs Allouche learned how to manage her time and train while maintaining her fitness goals with Team Ally.
Alicia has shown me that it is possible to train and eat smarter than you think. She said that not everything would work out as planned and she had to continue moving forward, one step at the time, to achieve her goals.
A typical week for Mrs Allouche will include cardio, four to six sessions of strength work and a 45-minute session on a stationary bike.

The busy mom of 33 years prepares many of her meals and lunches to supplement her gym work.
Her breakfast will usually consist of oats, blueberries, and an EHPlabs OxyWhey Protein shake. She’ll then have a snack between meals of peanut butter, bananas, and corn thins.
It’s served as a lunchtime wrap of chicken, salad, sweet potato fries, and afternoon tea with bananas, blueberries and grapes.
Last but not least, you could have dinner with turkey rissoles and spud-lite potato green beans. Then, enjoy a piece or two of chocolate any day.

In addition to her workouts, the busy mother of a 33-year old preps her own breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes in order to make it easier.
Mrs Allouche now weighs between 60-61 kilos and is more confident and strong than ever.
She said, “I couldn’t have imagined at the beginning of my transformation that I would become the confident and strong woman I am today,”
“I’ve been working hard to reach my personal and professional goals. One step at a time learning to push myself outside of my own comfort zones and saying “yes” to new opportunities for personal development and growth.’
