“He received the Janssen vaccination against Covid. We have the certificates. But we also know that vaccines are not 100% effective. It’s possible to be exposed and get sick. He has suffered severe lung damage.
“He felt sick at the beginning of the month. By the time he got to the hospital, he was quite ill. He wasn’t in any critical condition at that time. But things took a bad turn.” It was very serious. Once the lungs become affected, respiration and oxygen are also affected.

The woman – named only as Rosa – was also given a six-month restraining order preventing her from coming within 500metres of Mr Marín.

According to a court written judgement, she sent the singer, his family, and coworkers threatening and offensive letters. She made a number of explicit sexual propositions based on sadomasochistic practices.
She was reportedly calling singer’s assistants as many as twelve times per day. According to legend, the woman in the middle of this extraordinary case posed as Carlos’s businesswoman and started sending the vulgar letters after she was turned down.
According to her lawyer, the harassment by Il Divo singer had caused him to have trouble sleeping and emotional stress. He even feared leaving his house.
Rosa’s defence team stated that Rosa had suffered from mental illness before she was sentenced. However, the judge dismissed their argument.
