I’m A Celebrity SPOILER: Richard Madeley and Snoochie Shy take part in challenges

This is the first episode of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! Richard Madeley will take the Turrets of Terror, while Snoochie Shy will be walking the plank.

Frankie Bridge and Richard were chosen by the public as the Turrets of Terror competitors. They will have to find the keys to the castle in Wales, which they will use to live in for three weeks.

This Sunday’s ITV series will mark the 2021 season. It begins at 10:01 am. 

Challenge: The very first episode of I’m A Celebrity’s I’m A Celebrity’s I’m A Celebrity episode will show Richard Madeley running to the Turrets of Terror. Snoochie Shy, on the other hand, will be walking The Plank during the episode. The reality TV series airs Sunday.

Snoochie Shy was horrified when she saw that the Plank Challenge required contestants to climb high above the quarry using a plank.

Ant McPartlin provided the following instructions for Richard and Frankie to complete the challenge: “Hanging high between the two towers are two huge keys. It is the first celebrity who can climb to the top to grab their key that wins. 

He continued, “Each Turret is composed of three floors with stairs leading up to the next level. You must however pass through the locked gate to reach the next level. 

You must find the keys for unlocking the padlocks that will open the gates on each floor. Once you reach the roof, you will need to use your lance and hook the key to your head. It is the celebrity who has managed to get their key back first that wins.   

Frankie, Richard and all the critters had to be endured because it was a Trial.  

Eeek! Frankie Bridge and Richard were chosen by the public as the Turrets of Terror competitors. They will have to find the key to the castle.

Ahh! Frankie was very anxious about the thought of taking on the challenge 

 Trial: Ant McPartlin explained: ‘Hanging high in the air between the two turrets are two giant keys. It is the first celebrity who climbs to the top to grab their key that wins.

 Oh no! “Oh no!” he said. To get to the next level, you must pass through a gate locked to your vehicle.

 Race: ‘On each floor you must retrieve the keys to unlock the three padlocks to open each gate. Once you reach the roof, you will need to use your lance and hook the key onto your lap. First celebrity to grab their key will win

 Brace yourself! Frankie as well Richard were forced to face the Trial with all of these critters.

It was a challenge: So far, the winning team had to decide between Richard and Frankie to represent them. The other would continue to represent the team.

Snoochie Shy shouted as she walked across The Plank Challenge, where contestants had to cross the quarry using a plank. 

Snoochie has a hard time getting across, so she had to pretend it was a party. 

Scary: Snoochie didn’t have the most fun crossing and she had to pretend that there was a party. Naughty boy took his time. 

Ant stated that the challenge was high up. He said: “This year will be harder than ever. All the celebrities will have to face difficult challenges to get to the Castle to claim the keys.” 

Dec Donnelly stated that teams include: “You will each face the first obstacle, but not together. Instead you’ll be facing each other head on. Louise is your first challenge. [Minchin]Danny is the one you’ll be facing [Miller]You will be Naughty Boy and you’ll face Snoochie. 

Uh oh! Along with Danny, Louise and Naughty Boy, Naughty Boy took the step of Naughty Boy.

Eeek! Naughty Boy and Snoochie Shy held on to one another, before they took the plank.

Louise pushed through the Plank Challenge 

Uh Oh! When Danny and Louise started playing their game, their infamous “plank wobble”, which was when they attempted to balance their bodies 213 feet above the quarry lakes, returned.

Ant stated that the challenge would be more difficult than ever. All celebrities must face tough challenges to reach the Castle to claim the Keys to the Castle.

Dec Donnelly said, “And you all will face the first challenge but not together.” Instead you’ll be facing each other head on. Louise is your first challenge. [Minchin]Danny is the one you’ll be facing [Miller]Naughty Boy will confront Snoochie. 

Along with Danny, Louise and Naughty Boy, Naughty Boy also took the step.   

Other: David Ginola and Arlene Phillips and Kadeena cox were walking in the Welsh forest when they came upon a laminate, which Arlene shared with everyone.

Let’s get right to it. It said: “Celebrities! Welcome to Wales!” The four of you will be going into battle to try to get the keys to the Castle.

 In it to win it: ‘By winning the keys, you will have access to the Castle’s main camp, with a bed, a warm fire and a meal tonight. Losers will be sent to Castle Clink, where they will live on basic food.

Working hard: Over walkie talkies, Ant & Dec revealed to the celebrities that the other four celebrities had just completed a challenge and the two winners from that challenge got to choose which two celebrities they’d like to join their team

Scary: Kadeena asked David if he was nervous, David said he wasn’t and Kadeena joked she was scared of everything

First up was Louise vs Danny, looking at her plank Louise said: ‘I can’t think of many things worse than this right now, it’s terrifying.’ 

Louise, Danny and their friends began playing their game. The infamous “plank wobble”, which was caused by trying to maintain their balance at 213 feet above the quarry lakes lake, returned.

Meanwhile, David Ginola, Arlene Phillips, Matty Lee and Kadeena Cox walk in the Welsh forest and came across a laminate which Arlene read out to everyone. 

They had to work together. There were one yellow and one red flare box. The pair had to lay down on the ground, and then put their arms in hell holes. They were required to share a tool with each other so that they could unlock the flare the fastest.

The helicopter takes off! Helicopters drop the celebrities at the campsite. 

The sign read, “Celebrities welcome to Wales!” The four of you will be fighting for the castle keys.

Over walkie talkies, Ant & Dec revealed to the celebrities that the other four celebrities had just completed a challenge and the two winners from that challenge got to choose which two celebrities they’d like to join their team.    

Meet and greet: Before they left for camp, the contestants had a chance to meet each other in a luxurious pad. 

Eeek: Danny had been nervous about being in a helicopter with the celebrities earlier on.

The meet and greets began early in the program. Danny was afraid of being in a helicopter with other celebs. 

“The thought of being in a helicopter scares me,” he said. It is not what I want to do. He carried his sick bag along the entire journey. 

Stars who are heading to the castle include ex-BBC Breakfast host Louise Minchin; Olympian MattyLee, DJ Snoochie Shy; GMB stars Richard Madeley; actor Danny Miller; producer Naughtyboy, Paralympian KadeenaCox; footballer David; Olympic diver MattyLee, Saturdays star Frankie Bridge and Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Philips.

The first images from the 2021 camp have been revealed ahead of the new series, which will begin later in this month.

 Frightened: He said: ‘The idea of getting in that helicopter terrifies the life out of me. It is not what I want to be like the celebrity sick, so he had a sick bag.

“Tougher”: Five stars of 2021’s series will enter Gwrych Castle. The castle has new quarters The Clink, for celebrities who lose their first trials.

Ant and Dec will welcome twelve new people to the Gwrych Castle grounds. Aerial images clearly show the improved setting.

Drone photos of the set reveal that there are two large black boxes located on either side the Grade I-listed 19th century country house. This is likely to give more space for the difficult challenges ahead. 

Two enormous turrets, surrounded with scaffolding, have been constructed near the castle’s front. These could be used to host daring encounters between famous faces in the “Battle for Stars”.

Although the layout of the castle looks very similar to last year, renovations and improvements have been done to it over the past few weeks in preparation for this series.

The images show a large production area, complete with hidden spaces and marquees, as show bosses push all the buttons for ITV’s programme.

Five stars will find it more difficult to start their I’m A Celeb journey in The Clink. Living in The Clink, they’ll be competing against other members of the main camp.

Frankie, a singer, could find herself without a bed and sleeping on bare floors. She would then have to shower in darkness while holding onto a water-release chain.

They’ll spend the majority of their daily lives in camp, trying to stay warm from the cold outside temperatures.
