The average price of a property in Britain has reached £325,000, according to property website Zoopla.

We take a look at what type of home you can buy for 10 times that amount, at the £3.25million mark.

These properties include a London-based three-bedroom apartment with three bedrooms and a large country estate that covers 32 acres in Bath. A 10-acre estate is located in Roald Dahl’s heart.
