Tory Lanez shouted ‘dance b**ch!’ A Los Angeles detective was called in to testify Tuesday that Tory Lanez fired shots at Megan Thee Stallion’s feet last year, after Kylie Jenner’s pool party.

“As she got out of the car, Mr. Peterson began shouting obscenities at her and then he said, “Dance, bitch!” She said that he began shooting at her. Ryan Stogner spoke during Lanez’s initial hearing in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Rolling Stone also reported that the officer also claimed Lanez, real name Daystar Shua Peterson, was under the influence of alcohol during the shooting in July 2020.

Stogner said, “Megan claimed that defendant apologized to her for it and offered to pay her money. She also mentioned the fact that he was already under probation and told her not too much.”

Lanez, who had denied all the accusations repeatedly, shouted at officer, “How about you tell us what we were apologizing, bro?” This doesn’t make sense.

One count each of assault using a semiautomatic weapon and carrying a loaded unregistered firearm inside a vehicle were filed against the rapper.

Megan Thee Stallion was also accused by the prosecution. Her real name is Megan Pete.

Lanez pled not guilty and has been defending himself via social media.

But, even though Lanez claims to innocence, the judge has decided not to proceed with his trial, which will begin on January 13.  Lanez could spend up to 22 years in prison and eight months imprisonment if convicted.

Det. Ryan Stogner alleged Lanez apologized to Megan (pictured during the July 2020 shooting) after he shot and injured her, begged her not to tell authorities and even offered her money to remain quiet because he was on probation

Det. Ryan Stogner claimed Lanez apologized for shooting Megan, pictured in July 2020. He also begged Megan not to inform authorities.

Stogner testified that Megan shot Lanez at her feet after a Hollywood Hills party.

Lanez claimed that he was on the SUV’s stepboard with Megan in it when he shot the shots. The Hot Girl Summer hitmaker instantly fell to the ground in pain and attempted to crawl away.

‘[Megan]Stogner stated that she saw Mr. Peterson with a gun and watched him shoot.

‘Megan immediately felt pain to her feet, observed blood, fell to the ground, and then crawled to an adjacent driveway of a residence…She described her injuries as bleeding profusely.’

Megan fell, then started crawling in a video that was released in July 2020. This scene mirrors Stogner’s report.

Lanez (right) was charged with one count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and one count of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. The DA also alleged he inflicted great bodily damage to Megan (left) during the July 2020 incident

Lanez, right) was accused of one count each of assault and using a semiautomatic gun as well as one count for carrying a loaded firearm unregistered in a motor vehicle. Megan was also alleged to have suffered severe bodily harm during the July 2020 incident.

Stogner also shared how Megan initially told responding officers that she obtained her injuries by stepping on broken glass.

She admitted later that she had lied about the circumstances because of the political climate’ at the time. It was heavily focused in the Defund the Police movement and George Floyd’s murder.

Megan said she was scared that Lanez would be shot by police if they found out he had a firearm in his vehicle. Stogner also testified to Megan’s claims.

Last month, in an interview with GQ, Megan said being shot and then having to defend her experiences publicly online was ‘the worst experience of [her] life.’

Megan claimed that she tried to get out of the party by getting in her car with Lanez. She was not even sure if she should do so, as there was an argument brewing at the time and Lanez’s phone was dead.

Megan was trying to get out the vehicle when Lanez fired at her feet, allegedly inflicting two injuries.

She said, “Like, you never touch anybody,” while recalling the scene in shock. When I was walking away, the man who had shot me barely spoke to me. The house was only five minutes away.

She claimed that he begged for her not to tell the police, which only created more fear.

‘[At this point]Megan said that she was really afraid. Because this is right there in the middle all the protesting. All the police do is kill everyone, and all I can think of is, “I cannot believe that you are even thinking I would like to make some money.” I feel like you’ve just killed me.

Megan said to officers that she was cut by helicopters and police in the vicinity.

Megan (pictured with Lanez) initially lied about how she sustained her injuries, saying she feared Lanez would be shot by police if they knew he had a gun in the SUV. The detective's Tuesday testimony echoed this claim

Megan (pictured in front of Lanez) originally lied about the injuries she suffered. Megan claimed she had fear Lanez might be shot by police if she knew Lanez was carrying a weapon in her SUV. On Tuesday, the detective testified in support of this claim.

Lanez, who was later accused by the rapper of lying about the incident, was named as Lanez’s shooter. The situation spiralled into an online war between he and she.

After back and forth she tweeted: ‘Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own.

“It may be humorous to you all on the internet, but it is not my real life. I am traumatized and hurt.”

Lanez was charged and arrested for the incident. He posted a $190K bond and was ordered to stay away from Megan.

His lawyers, responding to TMZ last month about the buy-out allegations, said Lanez ‘has never offered money to any witness for their silence or for any other reason. All reports that the contrary may be false.
