James Argent was unrecognizable as he displayed the impressive results of Monday’s 13-stone weight loss.

After losing nearly half of his bodyweight (27.5 lbs) at The Hospital Group nine months ago, Arg, 34 revealed his slimmer figure. 

James was dressed in his shirtless best as he headed out to the Essex outdoor swimming pool. This contrasted with April 2013, when James was wearing a shirt and had no confidence.

After swimming long lengths of the pool, Arg got out and put on a pair o designer sliders before heading to the bathroom for some warmth. 

His abdomen was covered in two small scarring from surgery. Arg weighed in at 27st at his heaviest but is now 15st 7lb.  

James had previously stated to The Sun that he was at the edge of his death, but hadn’t listened when doctors warned him.

The surgery saw 70 percent of his stomach was removed in the £10,000 operation, which now means he must not drink liquid half an hour before or after eating, with his much-loved fizzy drinks prohibited.

Reality star, now a celebrity, swears to eat only chicken, fish, and vegetables. He also supplements his diet with multivitamins and limits his intake of water and green tea.

In addition to this, he is using his gym membership, which he uses for five sessions per week of boxing, weight training and swimming.
