James Argent has revealed his grueling workout routine in an Instagram video that gives us incredible insight into his journey to 13stone weight loss.
The former TOWIE star, better known as Arg, 33, underwent life-saving gastric sleeve surgery nine months ago – and his hard work and determination to shed the pounds can be seen and heard first-hand in the new footage, shared by Boxup Gyms on their Instagram platform.
This clip opens with James, a man in his underwear ready for long runs and grueling boxing.

He said, “By Christmas but perhaps even at the end of summer, this will be shredded,” and he rubbed his stomach.
James motioned to his sides and added, “This is going away.” James said, “The back fat has disappeared, my thighs will be slimmer, and my arms will boom.”
The cheerful TV personality, who was optimistic and positive, then jumped straight into the intense programme. He certainly put his heart rate up during all the activities.

James Argent has spent the last year focusing on reducing his body weight and fat levels. Not only did he follow a procedure, but he also had to put in the hardwork and dedication that landed him where he is now.

Patricia, his mother wept when her son was unrecognizable after he had replaced his drug addiction with unhealthy eating habits.
Arg became exhausted from the binging of high-calorie food and so decided to return home. One afternoon, she found him asleep in his bed and started crying.
He confessed that he could have become a gor and that he knew he had to do something.

The surgery saw 70 percent of his stomach was removed in the £10,000 operation, which now means he must not drink liquid half an hour before or after eating, with his much-loved fizzy drinks prohibited.
He explained that water should be consumed just prior to eating, so if you eat before the meal begins it may sit over your stomach.
Arg now swears to a strictly vegetarian diet that includes chicken salad, fish, and vegetables. He supplements these multivitamins with multivitamins and limits his water intake to green tea, water, and water.
He also attends five weight training, boxing and swimming sessions a week.
