Jennifer Lawrence recalled her near-death experience when she was flying from her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky to New York City by private jet in Summer 2017.

The star, 31, who is expecting her first child with husband of two years art gallery director Cooke Maroney, spoke to Vanity Fair about the experience which saw her praying ‘that she would not lose her hair’ and that her dog would survive.

She admitted that she knew she was flying privately and said she would die. However, her memory of how the cabin pressure dropped led to the realization that one of the two plane engines had died during the flight.

Jennifer claimed she was certain she would die. She said that her skeleton was the only thing left. All of us were going to die. My family was going to die so I began leaving them little voicemails.

She explained that she felt guilty when she apologized. Everyone was going to feel so miserable. Oh, God! Pippi was sitting on my lap. That was the worst thing. You see, this tiny thing didn’t even ask to be part of all this.

After seeing all the emergency personnel on the runway, she said that she began to pray. He was terrifying, and very judgemental.

“But, I thought: “Oh, my god, maybe this will survive?” This will make me a victim of burns, it’ll hurt, but we might live. Let me have my hair, Jesus. I want to be wrapped in your hair-loving arms. Do not let me go bald.

After taking a pill and drinking a strong beverage, she revealed how soon afterwards she had to get on another plane. It made her weaker, she added. It is horrible to fly and it must be done every day.

Also, she spoke out about the unending trauma of 2014’s iCloud leak in which her nude photos were published online.

She explained that anybody can view my naked body at any hour of the day without me consent. These were just released by someone in France. “My trauma will be remembered forever.”

Jennifer spoke out about the trauma caused by the hack and also the fact that her name was dragged into Harvey Weinstein’s lawsuit. Harvey Weinstein, a disgraced film boss, took a line from Jennifer out of context in order to defend himself against claims of sexual assault.

Jennifer, along with a number of stars, were traumatized when hackers broke into Jennifer’s iCloud on August 31 and uploaded nude photos online.

She spoke out about hacking and said that anyone can look at her naked body, without me consenting, anytime of the day. They were just published by a French citizen. They will always be there for me.

Continuing in her discussion on consent, she spoke about how in 2018, Weinstein’s legal team used a quote from Jennifer – out of context – to try and dismiss racketeering charges brought against him by six women.

When quoted, he said:[Weinstein]Had only been kind to me” she said angrily.

A disgraced movie producer also lied, stating: ‘I slept and dated Jennifer Lawrence. Look where she is.

Jennifer Maroney is her love. She’s expecting her first baby with Cooke Maroney (her husband since 2002).

She said that Harvey’s victims were women who believed he would help them. I won an Academy Award because Harvey was not even in my professional life when I met him. The Hunger Games was my first book…

“So, I avoided this specific situation. Of course, in the workplace I’m a female. This doesn’t mean that my whole career has been spent thinking men were appropriate. This is a great example of when I was able to get power quickly.

Jennifer shared her frightening experience and also talked about how she returned to the limelight after she had to step down due to ‘people pleasing.

She replied, “It’s so nerve-wracking. It’s been a while since I spoke to the outside world. To come back when all these accessories have been added to my life, which I want to preserve. It’s a nervous moment for me. It’s a nervous moment for me. The readers are my biggest fear!

When asked about her past life, she stated that “I wasn’t pumping out…

“I thought everybody was sick of my. “I was sickened of myself.” This had just reached a stage where I could no longer do what was right. When I walked on a red carpet it was “Why didn’t she run?”‘… I think that I was people-pleasing for the majority of my life.’

Jennifer spoke out about keeping her child from the limelight.

She was quoted as saying: “If somebody said, “Oh my God, you are expecting a child,” I wouldn’t respond with, “God! I cannot talk about it.” I’m a psycho.’…

“But my instincts tell me that I want to keep their privacy as private as possible for their entire lives. They should feel welcomed into my life. This doesn’t mean they have to be included in my work.
