Jeremy Clarkson’s Oxfordshire Diddly Squat farmshop was closed for two weeks after it was ordered by the local council to be repaired. But he managed to make a way to advertise his products.
The petrolhead shared this photograph, from his sunshine holiday overseas, of his girlfriend Lisa Hogan wearing a £20 bucket hat embroidered with the Diddly Squat logo.
Clarkson, now 61, wrote, “Old lady with a hat”, next to the photo of Clarkson (49-years-old actress, former model, and actress).

While he isn’t revealing their locations, he mentioned that they had previously been on January holiday in the Caribbean.
Hogan can be seen behind the counter of the highly-respected farm shop. However, even during the summer Hogan tends to put on more clothes.
Clarkson and Hogan have been dating since March 2017, two years after he split from wife Frances Cain.
The former Top Gear host previously gushed over his ‘ageless’ girlfriend on-air and claimed he’s ‘never been happier’.

He discussed their 13-year age gap on talkRADIO and said: ‘I get older and older and it makes people goy, “oh, that’s a bit weird”.
“But our height and age are appropriate and we enjoy a great time at the farm. Lisa and me were in the lambing parlour when they just had been born. It had gone well.

‘We were sitting there with a bottle of rosé and it was a beautiful evening, and I thought “I’ve never been happier at work than this”.’
Discussing her participation in his show, Clarkson’s Farm, he continued: ‘She describes me as chaotic and brilliant in the show but she normally calls me a lot worse than that. Lisa’s role in the programme is really to roll her eyes at me.”’
Meanwhile, Clarkson has been backed by fellow farmers, food producers and local Oxfordshire residents after his plans to build a hilltop restaurant were turned down by the council.
According to Amazon Prime, the Amazon Prime star was “very” frustrated when local officials rejected his request for a 70-space parking space and a restaurant on his Diddly Squat farm of 1,000 acres near Chadlington in Oxfordshire.
Clarkson attended the meeting of West Oxfordshire District Council’s Planning Sub-Committee Monday. In a desperate attempt to get his plans passed, seven of ten councillors voted in opposition.

The main attraction: Since last summer’s launch of Amazon Prime, Clarkson fans have waited hours to enter the beloved farm shop.
Grand Tour’s host said it was bad for farmers, and called one of the planners a comedian.
He has gained support from his neighbors, who believe that council planners dismiss new ideas in agriculture.
Clarkson lovers from all over Britain queued up for hours in order to be allowed into the beloved farm shop of the star since last summer’s Amazon debut.
A neighbor even filed a lawsuit against the plans for the restaurant, claiming that the area was at risk of being turned into a Jeremy Clarkson theme park.
Clarkson, who stated that he’s trying to diversify the business, said that it was only a matter of trying to do so. Clarkson also pointed out that farming will not be able to take care of the natural environment properly due to their lackluster finances.
He said, “Farmers take care of the woods and look after streams, hedges, fields, etc., it keeps it beautiful.”
The farmers’ financial situation means that farmers won’t be able continue to diversify their farm operations for long. We have been told as farmers to diversify — that is exactly what this proposal is.’
Despite councillors being divided over Clarkson’s proposal, officials at local government agreed not to grant permission.
They claimed that it would not be in keeping with the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Joan Desmond, council planning officer, stated that the proposal was not sustainable due to its design, scale, and location. It would also not fit in with existing farms or open-country locations.
“The proposed development will have an adverse effect on the countryside, tranquility, and scenic beauty of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty due to its scale, design, and location.
Chadlington Councillor Dean Temple said to the meeting that he represented Chadlington and suggested they reject it.
Elizabeth Poskitt from the council added that “there are lots of places less intrusive where you could have a dinner.”

Following the purchase of a new flock in sheep, TV presenter hoped to convert a lambing barn built in 2020. The two have now merged their flocks with another local farmer.
The building was used without any planning permission as a cafe area and a bar.
Chadlington Parish Council claimed that it hosted a November public meeting to discuss the “divisive” and “contentious” application. But, no vote was held.
Campaign to Protect Rural England West Oxfordshire claimed that any proposed restaurant would represent a “major intrusion” into the AONB which would’spoil’ the rural environment of the Upper Evenlode Valley.
Representatives of Mr Clarkson had to alter transport plans to accommodate the increasing number objectors.
Following complaints about the farm shop selling souvenirs out of town, he was served with a Notice.
Contravention notice was served by the council amid claims that some products in the shop’s store were not raised, grown or manufactured on the farm or by other local producers.
The council advised that if the case is proven, it would violate a November 2019 condition for planning permission.

Clarkson is supported by Oxfordshire farmers, food producers, and other local residents. His plans for a mountaintop restaurant have been rejected.
