Judge Nathan indicated that the booster shot was available at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and she would look into it.
The court has been advised that Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) is making booster shots available within a week of receiving a request from an inmate.
Maxwell’s defence team should follow the MDC instructions regarding requesting a booster.
Maxwell’s legal team may request a booster if the request has not been made.
A joint letter is also required from the parties to be submitted by January 10, 2022 containing a proposed schedule of sentencing.
In addition, the letter joint should include a schedule of perjury counts.
Maxwell faces up to 65 year imprisonment after she was convicted of child sex predation by jurors.
Maxwell’s lengthy sentence in prison gives her plenty of motivation to flip and talk about the actions taken by others in Epstein’s circle. Epstein, who was awaiting trial in New York City in August 2019, took his life in New York jail.
Epstein was a victim of pedophile financing. His victims had called for Epstein and others to be held accountable, and pointed out the fact that Epstein counted many famous faces as his friends.

Bobbi Sternheim, Maxwell’s attorney asked Judge Alison Nathan Wednesday if Maxwell could get her booster shot in order to safeguard her against Covid-19.
Maxwell may now be open to pleading guilty to others in an effort to lower her sentence. Her family stated that they were disappointed by the verdict. They had started the appeals process in the belief that Maxwell would be “vindicated.”
Her family lawyer, Leah Saffian, who has been a regular in the courtroom sat with her relatives, was spotted by The Miami Herald on Tuesday beckoning over James Hill, a producer for ABC News, to introduce him to Maxwell.
Maxwell smiled, appeared to present herself to Hill, and it was reported that Maxwell was then heard saying she would be happy to talk to the media. This was before the US Marshal ordered the journalist back to his chair.
The 60-year-old’s legal team are also already working on an appeal – but the guilty verdicts will intensify the pressure on Maxwell’s friend Prince Andrew to speak to US prosecutors about his time with Epstein.
Maxwell was found guilty of five out six charges by the jury in just 40 hours. She was found guilty on one of six charges. This was related to Andrew’s accuser Virginia Roberts. Now known as Virginia Giuffre jurors might have thought she was also a victim of sex trafficking. The duke is being sued by her for alleged rape. He strenuously denied it.
Giuffre stated that she has ‘lived with Maxwell’s cruelty’, and complimented the four women who gave evidence against Maxwell. Lisa Bloom, who was representing Epstein’s accusers said she expected Maxwell’s fate and that Maxwell would be behind bars for the remainder of her life.
Piers Morgan was one of those who suggested Maxwell might now sing like a canary to reduce his sentence. She warned that powerful figures could become nervous if Maxwell exposes Epstein’s accomplices.

Maxwell’s sisters Christine, Isabel and Kevin walked out from New York court after the vedict. They declined to talk to journalists. Maxwell’s family stated that she would be “ultimately vindicated” despite being convicted by the jury of five out of six charges.

In an attempt to prove that Maxwell was in a relationship with Epstein, the prosecution took photos from Epstein’s home.
Tweet: “Will the vile sex dealer Ghislaine Maxill now sing like an animal to avoid her spending the rest of life in prison?” If she does, there could be a lot of rich, powerful & famous people sweating tonight… and not sweating.’
And Walt Disney’s great niece and filmmaker Abigail Disney said in a tweet: ‘Ghislaine, if you want any redemption at all, I hope you will give up some names, because those fu**ers should not be able to hide any longer.’
Marjorie Taylor Greeney (Republican Representative), a Donald Trump friend, said that Jeffrey Epstein should make his entire network public, and that his fortune should be given to his victims. Lauren Boebert, a Republican representative said that the public should be able to identify every person in Epstein’s sex trafficking networks.
Six days of jury deliberations by six men, six women and Maxwell resulted in Maxwell being convicted. The jury found Maxwell guilty of five of the six charges. They did not find her guilty for intently inviting a person under age 17 to participate in illegal sex activities.
