Kanye West is being investigated for felony battery after being accused of punching a fan who requested for his autograph early Thursday morning.
Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ that West obtained into an argument with the fan round 3 a.m. close to the Soho Warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles.
The fan approached Kanye, who was sitting in automobile, and requested for an autograph. A heated alternate between the 2 turned violent when West allegedly punched the fan, knocking him to the bottom.
Police are investigating the crime as misdemeanor battery, which carries a most jail sentence of 6 months.
