Katie Price has been arrested on suspicion of breaching her restraining order after she allegedly branded her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancee a ‘gutter slag’ in ‘abusive messages’, MailOnline can reveal.
Sussex Police reported that at 12.15am yesterday, a woman aged in her 40s was detained at Partridge Green property. Under investigation, she has been released.
Spokesman for the company said that a report was made Friday at 5.45pm regarding an alleged violation of a restraining or.
Later on Saturday, Katie Price was seen being driven out of Worthing Police station by her fiancé Carl Woods.

She was seen on the back seat of a Mercedes, with her hand on the headrest, as her fiancé drove the vehicle.
Price lives in “Mucky Mansion” and is prohibited from speaking to Mr Hayler’s girlfriend Michelle Penticost. This order was imposed following a verbal abuse incident in school.
Miss Penticost is understood to have contacted Sussex Police on Friday to complain that Price had sent Mr Hayler ‘abusive’ messages aimed at her.
Sources claimed the messages branded Miss Penticost a ‘gutter slag’ and a ‘c***ing we piece of s***’, according to The Sun.
Mr Hayler and his fiancée were understood to have been interviewed by police in their home before Price was taken into custody. Her release is subject to investigation.
Following the alleged messages, Miss Penticost (39) was believed to be ‘devastated’ and ‘threatened’.

Price is prohibited from talking to Michelle Penticost, Michelle Penticost’s girlfriend, in Partridge Green. This ban was placed by a five-year restraint order that she received after being convicted for verbal abuse.
The Sun spoke to Mr Hayler’s spokesperson. She said: “We can confirm an incident occurred on Friday, after which Michelle became distressed from tirades of abusive insults.
Price, 43-year-old ex-glamourmodel, accuses her husband 34 of grooming, raping, and torturing an underage girl. They divorced two years later.
A former stripper, Mr Hayler angrily denies the “false” allegations against him and promises to work with police.
A police spokesperson said that officers responded to reports of a suspect violating their restraining orders at 5.45pm Friday 21 January.

MailOnline has approached representatives for Price and Mr Hayler for comment.
Mr Hayler’s fiancee Miss Penticost, 39, shared a cryptic message on Instagram which read: ‘Normal people don’t go around destroying other human beings.’ She also shared the hashtag ‘restrainingorder’.
Price claims that she went to police before the divorce — but suggests that the alleged victim has now come forward herself.
Sussex Police says Mr Hayler has not been arrested and described the alleged victim as a ‘girl’, who was under the age of 16 in 2016.
A spokesman said: ‘We are investigating a report that in 2016 a girl was raped by an adult male known to her at a location in West Sussex.

According to Mr Hayler’s previous spokesman, the Mirror reported that “Kieran is completely devastated by these false allegations and has asked to meet with the investigating officers as soon as possible in order to clear his name.
“He knows that these accusations are false, and they were made up by someone else in vengeance.”

According to a source, Mr Hayler told The Sun that police have spoken to Kieran about an allegation dating back to 2016, which was believed to be made by Katie. They were friends with someone while married.
‘Kieran is co-operating and insists he has done nothing wrong — but he’s happy to speak to the cops about it.
“He wants to end his marriage to Katie.”
