LG’s WEIRDEST TV is revealed: The Bizarre “StanbyME” 27-inch LCD screen mounted on a stand you can move around your house

Now, the tech giant has unveiled what could be its most bizarre TV yet – a device called StanbyME.

You can move the TV around by dragging the stand that supports the 27-inch rotating screen.

LG claims it gives you the best viewing experience, even though the cost of the TV is still unknown.

LG released a statement about the new TV, saying: “LG StanbyME is easily portable for ultimate viewing freedom. Its 27 inch display makes it ideal for watching movies, TV shows, streaming videos, and video conference with loved ones and colleagues.

LG stated that the LG StanbyME provides unrivalled viewing convenience with ergonomic design.

While you might worry that a TV on a stand might stand out in your house, LG reassures that the StanbyME 'complements a wide variety of decors'

The TV can be controlled by users via intuitive controls, which include touch, gesture, and remote control.

LG said that the user interface was unique to this TV UI, and it is tailored to each viewer’s viewing habits.

LG says that while you may be worried that a TV placed on a pedestal might make your home stand out, the StanbyME is able to complement a variety of interior decor styles.

“LG StanbyME’s understated and modern design is what it claimed,” it stated.

The TV’s rear cover is made of a texture fabric, and the color Pure Beige gives it a natural feel.

LG StanbyME is a beautiful TV that can display artworks, photos and a clock.

Consumer Reports conducted an analysis to determine how many data companies and smart TV makers have about you, your family and friends.

Vizio is one of the TV makers that was evaluated by the report. This trend has caused problems for Vizio.

Both federal and state regulators sued the company in 2017. The reason? It had not sought permission from its users before collecting their data.

Vizio had to shell out $1.5million (£1.1 million) to settle a case brought against it by the Federal Trade Commission.

Additionally, it paid $700,000 (£530,000) to settle with the state of New Jersey.

Federal Trade Commission was clear in stating that businesses must ask before they have access to your data.

The new Consumer Reports Study evaluated five TV manufacturers: Vizio TCL Sony LG LG Samsung and Sony.

According to the report, all companies had followed this Federal Trade Commission rule.

The report stated that every smart TV evaluated requested permission to gather viewing information and other types of information.
