Lily James and Sebastian Stan finally showed off their impressive portrayals of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee in the first teaser trailer for Pam & Tommy on Wednesday.
Mamma Mia! Actress, 32, and Avengers star, 39 portray the couple shortly after they wed in 1995. Their transformation was widely discussed prior to its release, mainly because of their amazing and completely unrecognisable looks.
The eagerly-anticipated teaser primarily focuses on Seth Rogen’s supporting turn as the disgruntled electrician who stole their sex tape and distributed the raunchy movie online – leading to one of the celebrity world’s first ever ‘sex tape scandals’, making way for similar situations for Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.
Pamela looks distraught when she views the video online. It is being sold at $59.99 with the tagline “Pamela’s Hardcore SexVideo”. Fans were treated to hot and heavy scenes including a bath and scenes on a boat with her husband.

In the teaser, Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation) and Seth examine the stolen items from Pam and Tommy’s house. They also discover the strange contents of the safe that they took.
A mysterious tape is hidden in the safe. They open it expecting to find personal footage.
Fast forward to footage of Tommy Lee and Sebastian strutting about their home, followed by driving a car. The video isn’t in the tape.
“That’s Tommy Lee. He’s the drummer for Mötley Crüe,’ Seth explains before the excited duo spy Pamela while fastforwarding before getting to the steamy scenes which would go on to become iconic.

Offerman says, “Goddamn… That is so…private,” and adds footage showing Pam and Tommy kissing while they are in the tub.
Rogen says, perceptively, that it’s as though they’re seeing something else. He and Rogen walk in a building carrying the tape with hopes to sell it.
The trailer’s main focus is on Rogen’s tape thief, but Lily plays a more prominent role as Pam in the trailer’s back half as she learns about the theft.

Tommy is told by her, “Well, every second this tape passes it could be spreading,” she said to Tommy while trying to stop its spread.
He responds unconvincingly, “Babe, it will be back,”
It’s nothing to me! It’s not a big deal to me. The drummer responds to her after she confronts them about his inability to access the video.
She says, “No, you are not like me,” while appearing shockingly similar to Pamela Anderson.
Coming into focus: Although the vast majority of the teaser is focused on Rogen’s character stealing the tape, Lily is seen more prominently as Pam in the back half of the trailer as her character learns of the theft

“What is the point of this?” She whimpers during the last seconds of her teaser.

Mama Mia 2’s actress was dressed in a blonde blond hairstyle to complement Pam’s long, flowing locks. Her eyebrows were even styled with the same pencil-thin look as the Home Improvement star.
Lily showed her beautiful look, down to her French tips nails, in an earlier publicity shot. She was wearing a black leather vest and bust-black pants.

The Captain America, The Winter Soldier actor had previously photographed Lily with a risque black-and white photo. She tugged at one of his nipple rings using her teeth and gazed seductively into the camera.
Seth Rogen also got involved and posted a picture of his more modest costume during filming.
He is the creator and producer of this series together with Evan Goldberg, his longtime creative partner.

Rogen’s character Rand Gauthier took the sex tape after Tommy refused a paired for work. He had also performed the sex on Tommy’s house.
Gauthier approached Tommy to confront him about the lack of $20,000 due. Tommy then pulled out a gun in an attempt to intimidate Gauthier.
Gauthier took revenge on the couple by taking the safe in their garage that housed Pamela’s jewelry and the drummer’s guns.
Ouch! The Captain America: The Winter Soldier actor had previously photographed Lily in a black-and-white photo where she pulled on one of his rings with her teeth, while she stared at the camera seductively.
Pam stated earlier this year that the video was not a sex tape but a compilation footage of Pam and her husband naked while on vacation. It also included sex acts.
In May, insiders claimed to The Sun that the Pam has thinks Pam & Tommy is ‘a joke and cheap knock-off.’
Although the series was just beginning filming she reportedly called it “God awful” and claimed that she’d never heard of Sebastian or Lily.
