Lover ‘threw boyfriend’s pet chihuahua to its death from a third floor window after shouting ‘you can take your f***ing dog with you’ during row’

After a woman accused of throwing her boyfriend’s dog out of a third-floor window, an investigation has begun.

Police are investigating claims that Kayleigh Smee, 37, threw her partner Ryan Doe’s  eight-year-old chihuahua Prince out from a 30ft- high window during a heated argument at the property in Rochester, Kent.

Local residents claim that the couple were back at the pub by the time they shouted last Friday night.

Mr Doe had stepped outside to apologise to neighbours when his partner is said to have thrown the canine out of the window and shouted: ‘You can take your f****** dog with you.’

According to reports, officers were summoned to the scene following the incident.

According to The Sun, a source said: “They were out” Took a seat at the bar and began to have a bit of sex. They continued this until they reached home.

They added: ‘Ryan went out of their top-floor flat to apologise to neighbours and that’s when little Prince just came flying out of the window.

‘She shouted, ”You can take your f****** dog with you.”  

Following a severe injury to the neck, the dog died instantly.

The Sun reports Ms. Smee denied all claims.
