An arrest was made after Leona Peach, 12, who had been missing since then, was found safe and well at an address in Lincolnshire.
Leona was reported as missing on Monday, 20 December when she last saw her in Newton Abbot’s Hele Park.
Following an extensive police operation, the victim was discovered at her Lincolnshire home.

The search led to the arrest of a Devon 34-year old man on suspicion for child abduction, kidnapping and other charges.
Spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said that Leona, 12 years old, was reported missing by Newton Abbot in the early hours of Monday, 20 December. She has since been found safe and well.
“With support from Devon Child Services as well Lincolnshire Child Services officers, Lincolnshire Police officers assisted Leona with a search for an address in Boston.
Police have taken a man aged 34, from Devon, into custody on suspicion for child abduction, and kidnapping. His case will now be transferred to Devon and Cornwall police for further questioning.
“Officers wish to thank the public, for helping us find Ms. Peach,”
Police previously speculated she may have been living in Bideford, North Devon. In an attempt to track her down, they were determined to contact her father, Billy.
