A man has been charged by detectives with murdering Alexandra Morgan (mother-of-two).
34-year-old Ms Morgan has not been seen in public since November 14, 2014, when she stopped at a gas station nearby her Sissinghurst, Kent home.
According to Ms Morgan’s family, the disappearance was completely unexpected. They have not had any contact with her since then.
In an effort to locate Ms Morgan, police conducted a number of searches throughout Kent and Sussex.

Kent Police has now revealed that a man was arrested on Thursday and charged with murder.
Mark Brown, 40 of St-Leonards-on-Sea (East Sussex), was taken into police custody shortly before midnight.
Kent Police spokesperson said that Alexandra Morgan, mother-of-two was last seen near Cranbrook on Sunday morning at 7.20am. She hasn’t been in touch with her family since.

Kent Police have declared Alexandra Morgan’s disappearance a possible murder investigation and said that her relatives haven’t heard from Alexandra Morgan since November 14, which seems ‘completely outlandish’.
Officers from the Kent & Essex serious crime directoryate launched an investigation and led to a murder investigation. Mr Brown was then arrested for her disappearance on Thursday November 25th.
“Research continues in many locations to find Alexandra’s body.
An arrest in relation to Friday’s case has resulted in the release of a Hastings man aged 53 years old.

This week Detective Chief Inspector Neil Kimber stated: “It’s completely out of character for Alexandra to not contact her family. We are now treating the case as a possible murder.
“While we investigate, I encourage anyone who saw Alexandra’s white Mini Cooper equipped with a roof black to call us.
“If you believe you might have seen Alexandra, or any other suspicious activity, do not hesitate calling us to let us know.
Kent Police is asking anyone with any information to call them at 101, quoting the reference number 18-0280.
