Following the disappearance of a Kent mother-of-two, a man appeared in court and was charged with her murder.
Alexandra Morgan (34), was last seen around 7:20 AM on November 14, when she filled up her Mini Cooper at a station close to her Sissinghurst home.
Her family reported her missing and the police began a massive search for this mother-of-2.
Officers described her disappearance to be completely unusual and claimed that she had not had contact with her family or her two children since.
Kent Police opened a murder investigation within days of Miss Morgan’s disappearance.

The police arrested Mark Brown, 40 of St Leonards on Sea (East Sussex), last Thursday 10 days after she vanished.
Over the weekend, detectives interrogated him in relation to her disappearance.
He was later charged, and today appeared before the Lewes Crown Court Court.
According to court records, he was charged in November with killing Miss Morgan.

Brown was wearing grey jogging bottoms with a grey shirt and did not plead.
Miss Morgan’s remains are still being searched. There have been searches in numerous areas such as Sevenoaks Weald (Kent) and Hastings/St Leonards.
Last seen with Ms Morgan, she was wearing a green, quilted, knee-length coat and black top, blue jeans and knee-high boots, and a silver necklace.
Her height is estimated at 5ft 6in and her hair is brown with shoulder-length.

Officers issued a photo of her Mini Cooper white with black roof and registration number MF55YHM as part of their hunt for her. CCTV footage of her inside the station was also published.
An arrest in relation to Friday’s case has resulted in the release of a Hastings man aged 53 years old.
Brown, who was convicted of murder in May 2009, will face trial
