Melania looked professional as she arrived in Trump Tower in New York City. She was wearing a black powersuit and a Chanel Chanel handbag, which cost $7,000, days after Donald had revealed that FBI agents raided her Mar-a-Lago residence.

Melania, 52, dressed in dark trousers and a white blouse as she entered Donald’s Manhattan apartment.

The look was paired with black pumps and a Chanel briefcase, which is now being sold online at $6,800.

She wore her beachy blonde highlights in loose waves and hid her eyes behind dark sunglasses.

The black mask she wore was unusually worn by the wife of a businesswoman as her husband and they have not used them since March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic struck.

Donald, at 76, didn’t wear them for the initial months of the pandemic. He also played down their effectiveness and mocked Joe Biden, the current president, for wearing them in one of his debates in 2020.

“I don’t like wearing masks.” [Biden]. “Every time that you see him, it’s like he has a mask,” he declared during the debate. He stated, “He could speak 200 feet from the mask and he turns up wearing the largest mask I’ve ever seen.”

He also stated after it was first suggested that people start wearing face masks to stop the spread of the virus: ‘It’s voluntary. You don’t have to do it. [The CDC]It was suggested for a time but it is not mandatory.

‘I don’t think I’m going to be doing it. I think wearing a face mask as I greet presidents, prime ministers, dictators, kings, queens – I don’t know, somehow I don’t see it for myself. I just, I just don’t.’

The spotting comes exactly one week after the Trumps’ home in Florida was raided by FBI – which is believed to have been carried out to retrieve documents that the former president took from the White House when he left in January 2021.

According to law, presidential documents and correspondence should be turned over to National Archives. But, Donald has not been found to have done so.

FBI agents were reported to have been inside the estate’s 128 rooms for 9 hours, while 30 agents walked through its 3,000-square foot private quarters.

According to reports, investigators raided his office several times. They even searched Melania’s closet. Donald shared the details in a post on social media days later.

The First Lady was a closet he and his wife went through, and they found her personal belongings. He added, “Surprisingly they left the area with a relative mess.”

New York Post reports that agents also searched an underground storage space in which 15 boxes of White House material had been stored.

Sources informed the outlet that Trump’s attorneys led by Evan Corcoran had ‘cooperated fully’ with federal authorities to organize the return of documents. This process started in May 2021 after it became apparent that certain records were missing.

Although some documents were returned in January 2022, others were not. Four top DOJ officers traveled to Mar-a-Lago in June to talk with the attorneys of the former president about the documents.

Jay Bratt from the DOJ’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section Chief was reported to have been among those that sat down at Donald’s table with his lawyers.

CNN reported that, at one time, former President reportedly stopped by CNN’s office to greet them and make small talk before departing again.

Donald’s staff showed officials in the basement, where he stored documents during his visit. The FBI sent his team a request to secure the area where the documents were stored, a few days later. CNN reported that FBI agents then secured the space with padlocks.

Although it is not clear what happened between June and this week, federal investigators decided to forcibly take the documents. However, a former FBI agent said that the raid on Monday was probably sparked in part by information from an informant’ as well as a break in cooperation between the agency’s former president.

Michael Tabman was a retired FBI Special Agent in Charge who had served the agency 24 years. He said that if there were to be a raid at this sensitive level, Attorney General Merrick Galrland would have to approve it.

‘I think there was inside information – call it an informant if you want,’ he said. “I believe someone or something was told to them, and that was enough to make it seem like they were certain that either they are getting the information or they don’t.

Tabman stated that while Trump did cooperate with the FBI in one instance, it was possible for the FBI to get the sense that Trump and his team were telling them only what they need.

Tabman stated that the FBI follows a protocol to seize information when they are unable to get it “voluntarily”.

One week ago, the FBI raided the Trumps home in Florida. This was believed to be an attempt to locate documents that Trump took when he went to the White House.

Donald revealed in a social media post that the FBI even searched through Melania's wardrobe. He wrote that they 'went through the First Lady's closets and rummaged through her clothing and personal items,' adding that they left it in a mess'

Donald shared via social media that Melania’s closet was searched by the FBI. According to him, they searched Melania’s closets.

Tabman explained, ‘You know that everything could disappear. “You have evidence you must get to show it before it vanishes, it moves or you lose your sight of it.”

Retired FBI Special Agent Michael Tabman told DailyMail.com it's likely an 'informant' revealed information to the FBI that led to the raid of Donald's home on Monday

Michael Tabman (retired FBI special agent) said to DailyMail.com that Donald was likely aided by an informant who provided the FBI with the information necessary to carry out the raid.

The FBI must prove probable cause, conduct the raid in a timely fashion and obtain a warrant to search for the suspect. Tabman said that agents can’t simply ‘poke around” someone’s house in such a case.

He also claimed the FBI could have gotten the sense that Trump was just no longer being ‘fully cooperative’ with the investigation – leading them to see the raid approval.

He was in New York City at Trump Tower when FBI raided the Florida property. Fox News reported that Eric Trump, his son, was responsible for informing his father about the raid.

Donald and his associates immediately tried to paint the search in a way that weaponized the criminal justice system, and was a Democratic-driven effort for him to win another term. The Biden White House claimed it didn’t know of any prior information and Christopher Wray is the FBI Director.

Donald made a long statement about Monday’s search, calling it an “unannounced raid” that he compared to “prosecutorial misconduct”.

He said, “These are difficult times for our nation, as my beautiful house, Mar-A-Lago, Palm Beach, Florida is currently under siege and raided. And occupied by large groups of FBI agents.”

‘I stood up for America’s bureaucratic corruption. I restored power and delivered the best possible results for our country like never before.

It was hated by the establishment. As they see their endorsed candidates winning big wins, and as they observe my dominance across all polls they want to stop me (and the Republican Party) once again. It is imperative to expose and stop the lawlessness, political persecution and Witch Hunt.
