Melania Trump attended the funeral of Ivana Trump amidst speculation that she would skip the ceremony of her husband’s ex-wife, but she did not look happy about being there.
Melania looked grim in photographs taken at the funeral. Melania stared into Ivana Trumps eyes at times and hid behind large sunglasses when she was not looking.
It seemed that she looked left, right and up, but not at the casket of her ex-wife.
It was easy to understand her discomfort. Melania, 52 and Ivana, 73, had a not-so-quiet feud over years. Melania once declared that Ivana was the true first lady because she was Trump’s first spouse.
‘Melania is there and I don’t want to cause any kind of jealousy or anything like that because I’m the first Trump wife,’ Ivana said during a ‘Good Morning America interview in October 2017, ‘I’m the first lady, OK?’

Ivana commented on the morning program while she was promoting her book, “Raising Trump.”
Additionally, she stated that her relationship was close with her ex-husband. It apparently involved a number she used to call the White House but she decided not to use it because she didn’t want any tension between Donald and Melania.
Melania was furious at her comment and quickly released a statement through her spokesperson calling Ivana an “attention seeker”.
‘Mrs. Barron Trump made the White House his home. It is a joy for her to be First Lady of America and she loves Washington DC. Her title and her role will be used to support children, not to sell books.

Ivana Trump, the mother of Trump’s three children died on Thursday after she suffered cardiac arrest.
Melania was not visible in photographs of Donald Trump’s family as they traveled to New York City for Ivana’s funeral. It is possible that Melania and Trump had a previous dispute, which led to Melania refusing to get engaged.
Melania finally was seen at Wednesday’s funeral, where she laid to rest her husband and ex-wife. There were rumors about grudges.

Ivana, in an interview on CBS’ “This Weekend” around the time she made her first lady remarks, revealed that her ex-husband offered her ambassadorship to Czech Republic but she refused it because she wanted to maintain her jet-set lifestyle as well as summers at Saint-Tropez (France)
In April 2019, she made headlines when she misrepresented details regarding her daughter’s relationship to the former-first lady.
Ivanka was 40 years old and she said Ivanka liked her father’s second wife “fine.” Marla Maples was her second husband’s wife.
Ivana did not name Maples, whom she claims contributed to Donald’s downfall. She was discussing her daughter’s relationship to her stepmother.

Ivana, then 28, was a Czechoslovakia model when she married Donald. She is now 76.
They were married 13 years, had 3 children (Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric), before they separated in 1990. This was after Maples had an affair.
After a public spat between Maples and Ivana, Maples was only 15 years older than her, the couple got divorcée in 1992.
Two months prior to the birth of their daughter Tiffany, Maples wed Trump.
They announced their split in 1997. Two years later, they divorced.
Donald started a relationship Melania soon after they first met in 1998. Barron, Trump’s youngest son was born in 2006, and they were married in 2005.
