One foodie shared the recipe for her delicious cheese toastie, which is loaded with fresh greens.
Ashley Alexander from Melbourne goes online as Gather and Feast and explains how she makes her green-filled cheese sandwich in TikTok’s video.
This cheesy, toasted sandwich comes with cheese, greens, including rocket, broccolini and rocket.

Ashley Alexander (Melbourne foodie) has posted her recipe for delicious toastie packed full of green vegetables and herbs.
Ashley cuts the zucchini and broccoli into fine pieces. She then chops up fresh basil and rocket leaves.
She then heats up a pan to medium heat with a glug of olive oil and sautés the greens with some chopped garlic and the zest of half a lemon.
The greens will become vibrant after about 2 to 3 minutes. Ashley then takes the vegetables off the heat and puts them in a bowl.
Ashley starts by finely chopping broccolini, zucchini and a handful of fresh basil and rocket leaves then sautés in a pans with garlic and lemon zest
Then she adds some provolone cheese to the mix and crumbles it in.
Butter two pieces of sourdough bread, then flip them so that the spread is on one side of the sandwich.
After adding grated provolone to one piece of bread, she tops it with her green mixture and season with salt. Finally, she adds the second slice of bread.
Ashley toasts the sandwich in a skillet on medium heat. Each side should be cooked for three minutes, until it is golden brown.
Add crumbled feta, grated provolone cheese, to the green mix. Sandwich it between 2 slices of bread.
Ashley green loaded toastie video has attracted thousands of views, comments and likes across her TikTok and Instagram pages with many of her 343,000 followers keen to try the recipe.
