It is shocking to see a wild animal attack a young child as tourists feed it 800 lb.

The short clip, filmed in Zyuratkul National Park, Russia on November 30, begins with a dozen tourists surrounding the moose as they take pictures and feed the creature.

Initial impressions of the beast are that it is calm and docile, trotting around. It also allows its friends, young and old to touch its nose.

It soon tire of humans and attacks a young girl who is standing before it, knocking it to the ground with its front legs.

The crowd is stunned by the attack and the moose prepares for another attack. He leaps in the face of the child before being chased off by the rest.

The strange creature inspects the group and sniffs for food before approaching.

The animal approaches the camera and shows off its large frame and growing antlers before bending away to continue his search for the next meal.

The moose gets fed after about 40 seconds. A woman stands just behind the camera and snaps at her fingers eagerly, prompting laughter from the cameraman.

It chews the food and turns its face to the child as it expects more.

Instead of sitting still as before, the beast instantly rears up, sending a powerful kick towards the girl and placing his leg on her chest.

The crowd gasps in shock as she falls to the ground. Before anyone reacts, the animal lunges again at her, causing more cries from others.

Even though the target was missed, the crowd shouts angrily and chases after the beast with walking sticks.

In spite of these shocking scenes, little sympathy was shown for the victim. However, one commenter pointed out the fact that the house was home to wild animals, not children’s petting areas.

William said, “What an idiot bunch. Respect for animals starts by understanding that they’re wild! Why should we be shocked if a wild moose behaves wild?

The attack shocks the crowd into silence as the moose gears up for a second attack, leaping into the child again before being chased away by the group

As the crowd is stunned, the moose launches a second attack and leaps into the child before being chased by the rest of the pack.

Belle Maldonado stated: “Wow folks it’s an animal wild, no matter how kind it might look. Just don’t get it pet because of its natural instincts to attack.

“Moose are wild animals. They just go away.” You don’t realize how many children were seriously hurt or even killed.

The Zyuratkul National Park in Russia’s Chelyabinsk region is popular among tourists, with more than 100,000 making the trip annually.

The reserve is widely known as being the habitat of red deer, bears, and moose.

Contrary to most other animals, the moose have been known to attack people if they feel threatened, hungry or tired.

The Alaska Department of Fish and Game says that regularly feeding a moose may actually make it more aggressive when hungry.

Expert website says: “Moose that have been fed before may attempt to help an innocent person.

It may even attack someone who has not given it food. Ask your neighbours not to feed the moose.

“If your neighbor moose gets fed by humans it is more likely that they will be charged people to eat, even children.”
