Moment when a speeding hit and run driver crashes into the car of a boxing promoter at 80 mph, just seconds after he got out.

  • Andy Booker’s car was hit by a truck on Wednesday, at 6.45pm 
  • The incident in Askern, Doncaster, saw the car smash into a white van first 
  • He ducked in his car to avoid the vehicle from hitting him. The car was then unable to hit Mr Booker’s wall by inches. 










The shocking moment when a speeding driver crashed into a boxing motorbike promotor at 80 mph, just seconds after it was cleared.

CCTV footage captures boxing promotor Andy Booker leaping into his parked car while a crazy driver presses his brakes.  

It occurred at 6.45 p.m. on Wednesday, in Askern in South Yorkshire.

Video shows a speeding driver hitting an oncoming white van and then striking Mr Booker’s parked vehicle. The boxing promoter then sprints to his car.

The video shows the speeding driver hitting an oncoming white van in Askern (Doncaster) on Wednesday evening at 6.45pm. He then hits Mr Booker’s car, and the boxing promoter darts in his car just in the right time

Following Wednesday’s collision with a speeding motorist, Mr Booker’s wreckage was found. 

Booker said Mr Tyson is a friend of his former World Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson.

It would have had a completely different ending if Cop said that in split seconds.

“It was just a matter of time before I could get into my car.”

South Yorkshire Police spokesmen said they got a call reporting that the car involved in an attack on another motorist was colliding with another vehicle, before hitting a wall down Moss Road.

The officers said that all the occupants fled on foot, and they were able to locate them before any police arrived.

They were described as wearing dark clothes and being approximately 5’11” tall.

Two of the occupants fled down Marlborough Road.

‘Enquiries at each scene continue at this moment.

Police want to know if anyone was in the vicinity at that time and if they saw anything suspicious. If you have dashcam or CCTV footage, it could help with inquiries.
