Fixed penalty notices were issued for those who attended a party organized by the chief of the Covid taskforce, who literally wrote all the rules regarding what the public can do during lockdown.

People who attended the party-gate leaving party of Kate Josephs (director general of Cabinet Office’s Covid-19 Taskforce), on 17/12/2021 were subject to fines.

Ms Josephs created the rules that governed the life of British citizens during pandemic.

However, it is unknown if Ms. Josephs has been penalized.

At the Cabinet Office, alcohol was provided. This is a rare occasion when government officials broke lockdown rules.

This country was placed in lockdowns in various regions. A tiered system, which included Londoners in Tier 3 and other Londoners in Tier 3, had been implemented that month. It also prohibited indoor and outdoor mixing. There were six people allowed in certain public spaces.

The latest fines will cover the investigation of three of the dozens of ‘partygate’ events by the Metropolitan Police. There are now 20 total fines, according to Scotland Yard.

Fixed penalty notices were also issued to the drink at Downing Street on April 20, 2021. Another leaving for an assistant at No 10, June 2020.

On the night of Prince Philip’s funeral where she was separated from her family due to social distancing the Downing Street staff partied in the basement, and then drank in an enclosed garden. One person was taken to the nearby Co-op, with a wheeled suitcase to store wine, beer, and spirits.

A disco was held where staff DJ’d, and the atmosphere became so noisy that one attendant broke Wilfred Johnson’s swingset according to Telegraph.

According to The Telegraph, a source close to Ms. Josephs said that she wrote the rules and another revealed the event as ‘boozy’.

She is now the chief executive officer of Sheffield City Council. Ms Josephs graduated from Oxford University and said earlier in this year that she regretted what she had done.

Ms Josephs received the Companion Order of Bath from the Queen for her public service to the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2021.

The day following the event, she shared the picture via Twitter. She wrote: “Last Day Today, Extremely hard to say goodbye to the amazing covid taskforce colleagues, it was an honor and privilege to serve alongside them.

She shared a photo on her Twitter page the day after the booze-up (pictured), writing: 'Last day today, extremely hard to leave the incredible colleagues who make up the covid taskforce, it has been an honour and a privilege to serve alongside them'

On her Twitter account, she posted a picture of the party (pictured), saying: “Last night, very hard to say goodbye to the amazing covid taskforce colleagues, it was an honor and privilege to serve alongside them.

According to the Metropolitan Police statement, it is not possible to tell the public the names or dates of fines for Partygate gatherings.

The first person to be publicly named for being fined over an alcohol-fuelled leaving party was Helen MacNamara, the former head of ethics and deputy cabinet secretary, who now works as director of policy and corporate affairs at the Premier League.

On Monday she apologized for making a public statement to apologize to the general public. She spoke out about the gathering she attended on behalf of Hannah Young (No 10 aide) who was moving to New York to work for British Consulate General. I accept and have paid the prescribed penalty.

Former Deputy Cabinet Secretary Helen MacNamara was handed a £50 fine after police investigators found she had breached Covid laws by attending a ‘raucous’ lockdown karaoke party where there was a drunken brawl, reports from The Telegraph claim.

It is believed that the Prime Minister did not attend any of these parties.

Downing Street spokespersons have confirmed that they will make public any fines for Johnson who was present at other investigations.
