On her 13th birthday, the mother of her 12-year-old daughter who was ‘beautiful’ and ‘pure’ has made a heartfelt tribute.
Semina Halliwell of Southport passed away on June 12, 2018, after she spent four nights in the hospital.
Rachel Halliwell claims that her daughter killed herself.
Police are currently investigating and have not yet confirmed the cause of death.
Semina would be thirteen years old today.
The Liverpool Echo reported that Ms Halliwell felt empty, devastated, and scared about going through the events of what would have been her birthday, but without her.

Semina Halliwell (12 years old) died after four days spent in hospital. Her mother claims that Semina, now 13 years of age, was ‘raped’ and bullied by her family before ending her life.

Rachel Halliwell (pictured with Semina), believes she was victim to bullies prior to her death.
“There’s an enormous hole in my heart that cannot be filled, and it is even more pronounced by the terrible circumstances surrounding her death.
‘[She was]A pure and innocent little girl, with all her life ahead, she has passed away.
“My heart broke into millions, and I need my baby back.”
In celebration of Semina’s short lived life, St Patrick’s Primary in Southport will host a flower garden.
Semina and her family will be there. The public is not allowed to attend.
The area will be blessed by Father John Heneghan, a parish priest. It will also provide a safe place for children to find peace and friendship and support each other when they are in distress.

Southport Promenade’s Semina will celebrate her birthday with a candlelight Vigil.
Father Heneghan spoke on behalf of St Patrick’s: “We remember Semina in such love, and we pray for her mom and all those who care about her with deep compassion.”
Ms. Halliwell stated that she wanted her daughter to be remembered for being a “beautiful and funny, generous girl”.
She said, “She was unique, from her name and her looks. She will always be a beautiful 12-year old girl who stood out among the rest.”
Anybody who wishes to honor Semina can come to Southport Promenade at 6pm to light candles.
According to Ms Halliwell, The Times reported that she was a happy and beautiful young girl. However, her life changed drastically when she began high school. She changed.
Her mother added, “I need to be strong for my son who is just 13 years old and needs me. I must keep going.” It is extremely, very difficult, very, very challenging. It is so hard to imagine her without me. It’s hard to describe the pain I feel.
