One busy mom has displayed her full fridge from a day spent meal prepping for six children.
Krystal Howard said that her and her husband meal prep on Saturdays and Tuesdays, with a huge amount of food remaining for three days.
Mrs Howard claimed that her husband is the one who cooks, as she doesn’t work till 8 pm. She and Mr Howard plan their meals together. He also does the grocery shopping.

After a hectic day, the busy mom has displayed her full fridge to show off for six.
She explained that she also puts the food in their containers and employs a ‘Tetris magic to get them into the fridge.
Their children and Krystal’s parent made the most of their latest attempt to cook food. The family fridge appeared as if it was about to burst.
She stated, “I typically prepare 3-4 meals per day but I sometimes have more,”
This time, the Howard family chose to have oatmeal, berries, and almonds as their breakfast. They also meal prepared three meals.
They included cowboy caviar and flour tortillas, chicken, and lime drumstick.
Anther features a ground bison eggroll bowl, boiled yolk and broccoli. Dinner consisted usually of a chicken tenderloin and shrimp.
Krystal said they meal prep twice per week. This includes breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for six.
People on her foodie Facebook page were impressed by her effort and shared her most recent meal plans.
‘I am not sure how I stumbled across this greatness but I love it,’ one woman said.
One woman admitted that she was going to be following the woman on Facebook looking for ideas about meals.
Another said, “Mouthwatering, really those are some fortunate family members,” and praised the fact that everybody ‘pitches-in’ to prepare the meal.
She revealed that chicken wings were the main course for lunch this week.
On Saturdays, the family has a free dinner where they can order take-out and then eat off-menu.
Krystal previously snapped photos of her perfectly portioned meals and shared them to Facebook on Wednesday, inspiring others to give food planning a try to save on money and time.
She captioned the post, “So I’m trying get my family (4 people) to eat better,”

Lunch was a special treat for her family, which included salmon, baked potatoes and broccoli with parmesan.
Her two breakfast options included a meal of grapefruit, almonds, and grapes, or a DIY ‘banana boat’ with keto granola, vanilla yogurt and blueberries.

She said, “I also added leftover rotisserie chicken to my husband’s dinner because he does not eat fish.”

Krystal’s ingenious thinking was recognized by many parents, who called the dishes “amazing” and “envy-inducing”.

Krystal was praised by other parents for her inventiveness and she received a lot of compliments.
Another added, “How can you mentally prepare for food prep?” It’s something I have been doing for years, but I can’t seem to do it. My 17-month-old son is my first child. Now, I’m expecting my second.
So that the dry and wet ingredients could be kept separate, each meal was divided into black plastic storage containers.
Although it does not cover the entire week, it can help to organize each family member to some extent and make each day more manageable.
